沈陽(yáng)市發(fā)改委重大項(xiàng)目信息監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In the daily business of NDRC, project declaration, approval, supervision are the main business content. At present, all the NDRC are faced with the application and management of many projects. Due to the deepening of economic development, the NDRC project management workload is increasing, the project management business volume is large and the types of project management are diversified. Weak supervision is the main problem faced by the local NDRC, and also the main content of information management. In view of the present situation of the development and reform commission at all levels in our country, the characteristics of the local development and reform commission are fully analyzed, and an information management platform with the characteristics of process operation is urgently needed to be designed. Based on the project management work of the National Development and Reform Commission at all levels in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the project supervision work of the relevant institutions and departments of Shenyang Development and Reform Commission, and designs the information management system. The design of the system will greatly improve the efficiency and quality of the project supervision of the local development and reform commission. The design of the system is mainly aimed at the core business process of the project management work of the NDRC, analyzes the present situation of its work at present, and adopts the Web related technology and method to carry on the development. The main contents are as follows: (1) the project management function of NDRC is designed and implemented, which includes project declaration management and project audit management. Through the design of this function, the user can realize the online declaration and online audit operation of the important project information through the Web page. (2) designed and realized the management function of the NDRC bidding, mainly including the bidding management, bidding management, Bidding management function. Through the design of this function, the user can realize the online bidding management operation of the major project through the Web page. (3) the project supervision function of NDRC is designed and realized, which mainly includes the project schedule query. Work quality evaluation and other management functions, through the design of this function, users can through the Web page to achieve major project information online supervision related business operations. (4) designed and implemented the basic information management function, mainly including the project, Add, delete and modify the basic information of department, personnel and so on. Through the design of this function, the user can manage and maintain the online data of the important item information through the Web page. The development of the system mainly includes user demand analysis, overall design, system detailed design, system coding implementation and system testing and other related processes. Combined with the business contents of the institutions and departments of the grassroots Development and Reform Commission in the process of major project management, this paper analyzes their business processes, and describes the functional requirements of the core business links according to the business processes of the project supervision. The information supervision system of Shenyang Development and Reform Commission is designed as a whole. Firstly, the network structure of the system is designed, and the hardware and software of the client and the server are configured reasonably. The program architecture design based on Web is realized. According to the database design flow, the E-R model design and database table design of database are carried out, and the database storage design based on SQLServer2008 database platform is completed. The design of the system is based on the Visual Studio2013 development platform, based on the ASP.NET technology and methods to achieve the function of the system, based on the software development theory to design. The function design of the system conforms to the standard flow of software development and the system test is completed. The test results show that the design of the system meets the needs of users and meets the needs of practical applications.
