【摘要】：隨著我國社會的不斷進(jìn)步，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制逐漸的完善與健全，，與此同時(shí)，隨著我國加入WTO的日益深入，當(dāng)前投資體制的改革不但加強(qiáng)，基于此，后評價(jià)在我國工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資領(lǐng)域以及評價(jià)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用越來越普遍，已經(jīng)越來越受到人們的重視。本文研究的目的就是通過本文的研究，不斷的完善我國工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)理論，從而提高企業(yè)的競爭力。 基于對后評價(jià)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，分析實(shí)際的數(shù)據(jù)，對于檢驗(yàn)的資料進(jìn)行剖析，深入探討建項(xiàng)目存在的問題，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理存在的不足的剖析，從而對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段中存在的內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系以及因果關(guān)系進(jìn)行總結(jié)和研究，最終得到科學(xué)評價(jià)結(jié)論；同時(shí)能夠?qū)π碌墓こ探ㄔO(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供借鑒與參考，使得工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理水平不斷的提高。通過本文的研究，得到的結(jié)論如下：基于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特征，分析了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的概念，對于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了探討，深入分析了當(dāng)前對于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展，介紹了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的內(nèi)容，工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的方法，從而對于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的模糊綜合評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了建立，基于實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目，綜合評價(jià)了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的后評價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，社會效益，影響的因素以及管理狀況，本文的研究實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論與實(shí)踐的相結(jié)合。在借鑒他人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的前提下，探索了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)。尤其是針對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的指標(biāo)的設(shè)置，對工程建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目，通過可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論，基于項(xiàng)目管理，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及社會效益，對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了設(shè)置，并且指明因?yàn)閷τ诰唧w的工程而言，具有存在不同特征，另外，工程項(xiàng)目呈現(xiàn)出多元化的特征，因此，在真正的工程實(shí)踐中，對于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行調(diào)整必須與工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of our society, the economic system of our country has been gradually improved and perfected. At the same time, with the deepening of China's entry into WTO, the reform of the current investment system is not only strengthened, but also based on this. The application of post-evaluation in the investment field and evaluation field of construction projects in China is becoming more and more common and people pay more and more attention to it. The purpose of this paper is to improve the theory of post-evaluation of construction projects in China through the research of this paper, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the post-evaluation of the project construction project, analysis of the actual data, analysis of the test data, in-depth discussion of the problems existing in the construction project, to achieve the analysis of the shortcomings of the project management, In order to sum up and study the internal relationship and causality in each stage of the construction project, finally get the scientific evaluation conclusion; At the same time, it can provide reference and reference for the new construction project construction, so that the management level of the engineering construction project is constantly improved. Through the research of this paper, the conclusions are as follows: based on the characteristics of engineering construction projects, the concept of post-evaluation of engineering construction projects is analyzed, and the contents of post-evaluation of engineering construction projects are discussed. This paper deeply analyzes the research progress of post-evaluation of engineering construction project at home and abroad, introduces the content of post-evaluation of engineering construction project, the method of post-evaluation of engineering construction project, Thus, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of post-evaluation of engineering construction project is established. Based on the actual project, the economic benefits, social benefits, influencing factors and management status of the post-evaluation of the project are comprehensively evaluated. The research in this paper realizes the combination of theory and practice. Based on the experience of others, the post-evaluation of construction project is explored. Especially in view of the setting of the post-evaluation index of the engineering construction project, through the theory of sustainable development, based on the project management, the economic benefit and the social benefit, the index of the post-evaluation of the engineering construction project is set up. And it is pointed out that because there are different characteristics for specific projects, in addition, the engineering projects show diversified characteristics, so, in real engineering practice, The adjustment of the index system of the engineering construction project must be combined with the practice of the project.
