Scrum敏捷方法在HM公司軟件項目管理中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Scrum is a major agile project management method, which is now widely used in the world's top 500 enterprises. Scrum is not a process, nor a technology to build products, but a framework. Processes and technologies can be applied in this framework. The role of Scrum is to make the relative effectiveness of development practices visible in order to improve at any time. HM is a professional software design company. Is the world's top measurement software PC-DMIS developer, has a history of more than 30 years. With the growth of business, users all over the world, user demand is also ever-changing. How to quickly meet the needs of users and provide satisfactory products to customers in the shortest time under the limited resources is an urgent issue facing HM Company. Firstly, from the point of view of project management and the particularity of software project management, this paper studies and analyzes the organization structure and software project management mode of HM Company, and finds out the problems existing in the process of software project development. Secondly, aiming at its existing problems, using agile thinking and Scrum methods and tools, the project organization structure and development process of the company are improved. Finally, through the application of (DP) in a software project of HM Company, and the analysis and evaluation of the effect of the project implementation, the effectiveness of Scrum and the improvement of the software project management are verified. Scrum not only has practical significance for improving the level of software project management, but also has certain reference value for other enterprises, especially for developing some complex products. However, Scrum simply provides a framework for project management that can solve many practical problems, but it is not a panacea, it certainly won't make all the problems go away, and needs to be flexible within the project, depending on the actual circumstances of the project.
