印度Uttam135m~2燒結(jié)工程項目設(shè)計進(jìn)度控制研究

【摘要】:隨著鋼鐵冶金行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,推動很多設(shè)計單位開始轉(zhuǎn)型,承接總承包模式的工程設(shè)計項目,這就對工程設(shè)計項目管理提出了更高的要求,其中設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理是很重要的一方面。進(jìn)度管理是項目管理的三大目標(biāo)之一,對項目成功起決定作用。如何提高工程設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理的水平,是持續(xù)需要解決的問題。本文以中冶華天印度Uttam 135m~2燒結(jié)工程設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理為研究對象,在介紹項目概況和分析影響進(jìn)度因素的基礎(chǔ)上,運用WBS工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解對項目工作進(jìn)行分解編碼,運用關(guān)鍵路徑法、三時估算法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)等對工期開展估算和優(yōu)化,制定最終的進(jìn)度計劃。在進(jìn)度計劃的實施和控制過程中,運用橫道圖法、掙得值法、三級進(jìn)度計劃、PDCA循環(huán)等有效的科學(xué)管理手段和措施,確保進(jìn)度計劃的順利實施,以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。在工程設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理研究的過程中,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度管理的關(guān)鍵:首先,要有分明清晰且簡化了的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu);其次,要多種方法綜合科學(xué)合理估算工期;再次,進(jìn)度計劃要層層分解,落實到人,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。通過對中冶華天印度Uttam 135m~2燒結(jié)工程設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理問題的研究,從中汲取經(jīng)驗,有助于提升燒結(jié)工程設(shè)計進(jìn)度管理水平,有助于縮短燒結(jié)項目建設(shè)周期的共性問題的解決,也對今后開展同類型工程設(shè)計項目的管理有著積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of iron and steel metallurgical industry, many design units began to transform to undertake the general contracting mode of engineering design projects, which put forward higher requirements for engineering design project management. Among them, design schedule management is a very important aspect. Schedule management is one of the three goals of project management and plays a decisive role in project success. How to improve the level of engineering design schedule management is a problem that needs to be solved continuously. In this paper, the design schedule management of Uttam 135m~2 sintering project in China Metallurgical Company is studied. On the basis of introducing the general situation of the project and analyzing the factors affecting the progress, the work of the project is decomposed and coded by WBS work structure decomposition, and the key path method is used. 03:00 estimation method, network planning technology to estimate and optimize the duration of the project, to formulate the final schedule. In the process of implementation and control of schedule plan, effective scientific management means and measures such as horizontal path diagram method, earned value method, three-level schedule plan and PDCA cycle are used to ensure the smooth implementation of the schedule plan so as to achieve the expected results. In the research process of project design schedule management, the key points of schedule management can be found: first, there should be a clear and simplified work breakdown structure; secondly, a variety of methods should be used to estimate the construction period scientifically and reasonably. Again, the progress plan should decompose layer by layer, implement to the person, execute strictly. Based on the research on the design schedule management of Uttam 135m~2 sintering project in China Metallurgical Corporation, this paper draws experience from it, which is helpful to improve the design schedule management level of sintering project and to solve the common problems in shortening the construction period of sintering project. It also plays an active role in carrying out the management of the same type of engineering design project in the future.
