【摘要】：本論文簡(jiǎn)介了飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆工作的情況和特點(diǎn),以及項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。鑒于項(xiàng)目管理理論中的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)能夠有效契合飛機(jī)維修類任務(wù)的安全性要求,所以本論文就以項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論在飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆項(xiàng)目工作中的應(yīng)用為核心展開(kāi)了分析和討論。論文的研究目的是研究項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論對(duì)飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆項(xiàng)目的適用性,探討確保飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆工作安全順利實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理手段和措施,為安全地完成飛機(jī)維修任務(wù)拓展思路。本論文詳細(xì)介紹了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的內(nèi)容、步驟和方法等內(nèi)容。按照項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論的步驟,逐步地將飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆項(xiàng)目工作進(jìn)行剖析和研究。從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別開(kāi)始,根據(jù)飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆的流程,識(shí)別出了流程中可能存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的方法,對(duì)識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類和分析,確定了各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的概率和對(duì)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的影響程度,得出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排序清單。本論文中使用概率和影響矩陣分析法,及層次分析法兩種分析手段,進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的分析。參照風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排序清單,論文詳細(xì)地分析了每一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因和誘發(fā)條件,結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目工作的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)原因?yàn)槊恳豁?xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制定了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中為落實(shí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施,并及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理新風(fēng)險(xiǎn),編制了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)和監(jiān)控計(jì)劃,以有效地在飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆過(guò)程中進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)督和控制。通過(guò)本論文的分析和研究,證實(shí)了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論可以應(yīng)用到飛機(jī)整機(jī)噴漆項(xiàng)目工作中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論能夠提高該任務(wù)執(zhí)行的安全性,同時(shí)也為類似的飛機(jī)維修類任務(wù)的安全管理開(kāi)拓了思路和方法。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the status and characteristics of aircraft painting, and the development and application of project risk management theory. In view of the fact that knowledge in the field of project risk management in project management theory can effectively meet the safety requirements of aircraft maintenance tasks, Therefore, the application of project risk management theory in aircraft painting project is analyzed and discussed in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to study the applicability of the project risk management theory to the aircraft painting project, and to explore the risk management methods and measures to ensure the safety and smooth implementation of the aircraft painting project. To safely complete the aircraft maintenance task to expand the thinking. This paper introduces the contents, steps and methods of project risk management in detail. According to the project risk management theory, the aircraft painting project is analyzed and studied step by step. From the risk identification, according to the aircraft painting process, identify the possible risks in the process. By using the method of risk analysis, the risk classification and analysis of the identified risks are carried out, and the probability of each kind of risk occurrence and the degree of influence on the project objectives are determined, and the risk ranking list is obtained. In this paper, the methods of probability and influence matrix analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze the combination of qualitative risk analysis and quantitative analysis. Referring to the risk ranking list, the paper analyzes the causes and induced conditions of each risk in detail, and according to the actual situation of the project, it formulates the risk countermeasures for each risk. In order to implement the risk response measures and to detect and deal with the new risks in time, a risk response and monitoring plan was worked out to effectively supervise and control the risks in the whole aircraft painting process. Through the analysis and research in this paper, it is proved that the project risk management theory can be applied to the aircraft painting project, and the risk management theory can improve the safety of the task. At the same time, it also opens up ideas and methods for the safety management of similar aircraft maintenance tasks.
