攸縣垃圾填埋場生態(tài)封場項目評估
[Abstract]:Project evaluation research is an important link in project management. It is a powerful means to provide scientific basis for investment decision by making a comprehensive scientific demonstration and evaluation study on the proposed project before the investment decision. In this paper, under the background of serious urban garbage problem and pollution control in Xiangjiang River Basin, the ecological seal site project of landfill site is evaluated and studied. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related theories of landfill treatment and project evaluation, and introduces the project situation from the aspects of construction background, necessity and basic situation. From the point of view of project evaluation and combined with the characteristics of the project, this paper focuses on the technical scheme, environmental impact, social impact, project risk and other aspects of the ecological landfill project in Youxian. The comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed by issuing questionnaire to experts and project field investigation. The evaluation index system of the landfill ecological seal site project consists of four secondary indexes and 19 third-grade indexes. The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). On the basis of this, the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological seal site project of the waste landfill in you county is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the evaluation conclusion is obtained, which provides scientific basis for the decision-making of the project.
