【摘要】：隨著信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,科研工作日益增多,很大程度上卻依賴人工進(jìn)行,導(dǎo)致科研工作量加重,難以反映科研現(xiàn)狀,導(dǎo)致信息傳遞流轉(zhuǎn)失真且速度慢。通過(guò)信息化手段進(jìn)行科研項(xiàng)目管理,整合科研工作流程也是科研管理的大勢(shì)所趨。論文介紹了某市科技項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；使用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▽?duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究與分析設(shè)計(jì)；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,借助活動(dòng)圖對(duì)科技項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行流程分析,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程,包括：項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收、項(xiàng)目合同管理、科技報(bào)告管理、項(xiàng)目成果管理等；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收、項(xiàng)目合同管理、科技報(bào)告管理、項(xiàng)目成果管理、系統(tǒng)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu),得到組成系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的19張數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of information construction, the scientific research work is increasing day by day, but to a large extent it depends on manual work, which leads to the aggravation of scientific research workload, which is difficult to reflect the status quo of scientific research, and leads to the distortion and slow speed of information transfer. It is also the trend of scientific research management to carry out scientific research project management by means of information technology and to integrate scientific research work flow. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the science and technology project management system in a certain city, clarifies the content and main work of the paper, studies and analyzes the system by using the object-oriented method. In the process of business analysis, the process of science and technology project management is analyzed with the help of activity diagram. The problems existing in the system, the organization and the original business process are analyzed in this paper, and the optimized business process is given, including: project declaration, Project establishment, project acceptance, project contract management, science and technology report management, project results management, etc. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including project declaration, project approval, project acceptance, project contract management, etc. Science and technology report management, project results management, system management and so on sub-package diagram; In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class relation diagram, establishes the database table structure, and obtains 19 database tables that make up the system database. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
