BIM技術(shù)在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中模型創(chuàng)建和碰撞檢測(cè)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)的項(xiàng)目管理效率低下,項(xiàng)目管理手段落后以及信息平臺(tái)斷層等問題造成了各專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)性差,在施工過程中不斷遇到難題而導(dǎo)致返工、工期延誤,致使建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目蒙受巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失并對(duì)建筑業(yè)的產(chǎn)能造成較大影響。針對(duì)這些問題,BIM (Building Information Modeling)技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。BIM技術(shù)即建筑信息模型,是以建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)相關(guān)信息數(shù)據(jù)作為模型的基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行建筑模型的建立,通過數(shù)字信息仿真模擬建筑物所具有的真實(shí)信息。通過BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,我們可以實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的可視化,提高各專業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)性,優(yōu)化建筑物的設(shè)計(jì),在施工前進(jìn)行碰撞分析,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤及時(shí)進(jìn)行修改,大大減少工程建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及浪費(fèi),避免經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,顯著提高建設(shè)進(jìn)程效率。BIM技術(shù)自從引進(jìn)我國以來不斷發(fā)展,已經(jīng)逐漸應(yīng)用在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)階段上,但由于引入時(shí)間不長,技術(shù)尚未成熟,無法高效的發(fā)揮BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。模型和信息是BIM技術(shù)的核心組成部分,在模型創(chuàng)建的過程中已經(jīng)包含了建筑物的大量信息,將完成好的模型導(dǎo)入不同的分析軟件中進(jìn)行再分析,從而得到更多的項(xiàng)目相關(guān)信息,模型作為基礎(chǔ)是至關(guān)重要的。在模型創(chuàng)建的過程中,由于在每個(gè)建筑模型中都包含有大量的圖元,而其中又有很大一部分模型圖元及放置方式是相同的,因而產(chǎn)生了很多重復(fù)性的工作。若將圖元逐一進(jìn)行創(chuàng)建并放置,將極大地降低模型的創(chuàng)建效率和準(zhǔn)確率,浪費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間和精力。而作為BIM技術(shù)另一核心的信息則體現(xiàn)在對(duì)模型進(jìn)行分析,通過模擬分析模型,在施工進(jìn)行之前解決設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)的“錯(cuò)、漏、碰、缺”,避免施工過程中因設(shè)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤而引發(fā)返工、工期延誤等造成大量工程浪費(fèi)的問題,使得項(xiàng)目各參與方能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)利益最大化。因此本文在BIM技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于BIM技術(shù)的模組化模型創(chuàng)建體系理論,以Autodesk Revit Architecture軟件作為平臺(tái),結(jié)合東北林業(yè)大學(xué)某公寓項(xiàng)目實(shí)際案例,創(chuàng)建該項(xiàng)目的建筑模型的過程中實(shí)踐該理論;以Autodesk Navisworks Management軟件作為碰撞檢測(cè)平臺(tái),對(duì)本項(xiàng)目模型進(jìn)行碰撞檢測(cè)應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The project management efficiency of the project management technology in our country is low, the project management means is backward, and the information platform fault and other problems have resulted in the poor coordination of various specialties, and the continuous difficulties in the construction process have led to the rework and the delay of the construction period. Causes the construction project to suffer the huge economic loss and to the construction industry production capacity has caused the big influence. In view of these problems, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology emerges as the times require. BIM technology, that is, building information model, is based on the relevant information data of construction project. The real information of the building is simulated by digital information simulation. Through the application of BIM technology, we can realize the visualization of construction projects, improve the coordination of various specialties, optimize the design of buildings, carry out collision analysis before construction, and modify the design errors in time. Greatly reduce the risk and waste of engineering construction, avoid economic losses, and significantly improve the efficiency of the construction process. BIM technology has been gradually applied in all stages of construction projects since it was introduced into China. But because the introduction time is not long, the technology is not mature, can not play the advantage of BIM technology efficiently. Model and information is the core part of BIM technology. In the process of model creation, a lot of building information has been included. The completed model is imported into different analysis software for reanalysis, and more information about the project is obtained. Model as the foundation is essential. In the process of model creation, because there are a lot of elements in each building model, and a large part of the model elements and placement methods are the same, it produces a lot of repetitive work. If the elements are created and placed one by one, the efficiency and accuracy of model creation will be greatly reduced, and a lot of time and energy will be wasted. As another core of BIM technology, the information is reflected in the analysis of the model. By simulating and analyzing the model, the "mistakes, leaks, bumps, gaps" that appear in the design before the construction is solved, so as to avoid the rework caused by the design mistakes in the construction process. The delay of the construction period causes a lot of waste of project, which makes the participants of the project realize the maximum benefit. Therefore, based on the BIM technology, this paper puts forward the theory of modular model building system based on BIM technology, taking Autodesk Revit Architecture software as the platform, combining with the actual case of an apartment project in Northeast Forestry University. The theory is practiced in the process of creating the architectural model of the project; Using Autodesk Navisworks Management software as collision detection platform, the model of this project is applied to collision detection.
