【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)己進(jìn)入信息社會(huì)時(shí)代,信息己經(jīng)受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,信息也是管理的對(duì)象,必須進(jìn)行管理和控制。大學(xué)生信用檔案管理信息系統(tǒng)是為了適應(yīng)新形式下學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)懲信息評(píng)定工作而準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)發(fā)的一套管理系統(tǒng)。要求能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)學(xué)生信用檔案綜合信息庫(kù)的自動(dòng)導(dǎo)入,按照公式自動(dòng)進(jìn)行信用檔案綜合排名,根據(jù)比例要求自動(dòng)生成學(xué)生信用檔案信息、能夠查詢、修改各種信息,對(duì)排名、獎(jiǎng)懲信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),生成報(bào)表,基本滿足學(xué)生工作人員的需要。本系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)具體情況和要求而開(kāi)發(fā)的一套完善的大學(xué)生信用檔案管理信息系統(tǒng),是將IT技術(shù)用于學(xué)生信用檔案信息的管理,它能夠收集與存儲(chǔ)學(xué)生信用檔案信息,提供更新與檢索學(xué)生信用檔案信息的接口,提高學(xué)生管理工作的效率。其目的在于為學(xué)生管理工作有關(guān)部門提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的業(yè)務(wù)管理和事務(wù)處理的同時(shí),采用安全可靠的處理和控制技術(shù),及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、可靠地采集和傳輸信息,建立完備、可靠的處理機(jī)制,提高工作效率,減少出錯(cuò)率。大學(xué)生信用檔案管理信息系統(tǒng)由管理員和學(xué)生兩部分組成。管理員主要是對(duì)學(xué)生信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的導(dǎo)入和刪除等操作,對(duì)獎(jiǎng)懲信息評(píng)定相關(guān)信息的分類統(tǒng)計(jì),以便能準(zhǔn)確得學(xué)生信用等級(jí)的評(píng)定結(jié)果。本系統(tǒng)的研究方法采用的是文獻(xiàn)信息收集法,通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)資料,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、知識(shí)管理和項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理管理的理論體系與方法,以及學(xué)生信用檔案做了相關(guān)的研究分析。通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,學(xué)�？梢院�(jiǎn)化復(fù)雜的操作流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)信息的一體化管理,從而有效提高學(xué)生信用管理工作的質(zhì)量和效率。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the society has entered the age of information society, information has been widely concerned by the society, information is also the object of management, it must be managed and controlled. The university student credit file management information system is a set of management system which is prepared to develop in order to adapt to the new form of student reward and punishment information evaluation work. It is required to be able to automatically import the comprehensive information base of student credit files, to carry out the comprehensive ranking of credit files automatically according to the formula, to automatically generate student credit file information according to the requirements of proportion, to be able to inquire and modify all kinds of information, and to rank the students. Rewards and punishment information statistics, generate reports, basically meet the needs of student staff. This system is a set of perfect university student credit file management information system which is developed according to the concrete situation and the request, is uses the IT technology to manage the student credit file information, it can collect and store the student credit file information. To provide an interface for updating and retrieving student credit file information to improve the efficiency of student management. Its purpose is to provide high quality and high efficiency business management and transaction processing for the relevant departments of student management, at the same time to adopt safe and reliable processing and control technology, to collect and transmit information in time, accurately and reliably, and to establish a complete system. Reliable processing mechanism to improve working efficiency and reduce error rate. University student credit file management information system consists of administrator and student. The administrator mainly introduces and deletes the student information database, classifies and statistics the relevant information of reward and punishment information, so as to get the evaluation result of student credit grade accurately. The research method of this system adopts the method of document information collection, through consulting relevant information, the theoretical system and method of project management, knowledge management and project knowledge management, as well as student credit files, are studied and analyzed. Through the application of this system, the school can simplify the complicated operation flow, realize the integrated management of data and information, and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of student credit management.
