【摘要】：泉州師范學(xué)院是一所新建地方本科院校,且學(xué)校學(xué)生社團管理層新舊更替頻繁、經(jīng)常處于銜接過渡階段,因此在相當(dāng)長一段時期內(nèi),泉州師范學(xué)院所實行的社團管理效果并不理想,該校社團管理中仍存在著一系列亟待解決的實際問題。本文作者在泉州師范學(xué)院就職多年,長期主抓該校社團管理工作,對該校社團管理工作深有體會且在長期的工作過程中積累了比較豐富的經(jīng)驗。作者本著嚴謹務(wù)實的研究態(tài)度和精神,及時確立了“泉州師范學(xué)院社團管理系統(tǒng)研究與分析”作為研究課題；果斷選取了“泉州師范學(xué)院”作為重點研究對象；從多方面多角度思考和探究泉州師范學(xué)院現(xiàn)行社團管理中所存在問題的成因,從而大膽提出“應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代軟件管理進行數(shù)據(jù)研究與分析”的解決辦法和保障措施。論文在第一章中簡要介紹了大學(xué)社團管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括社團成員管理、社團制度管理、社團項目管理、社團經(jīng)費管理、社團數(shù)據(jù)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,給出了實體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Quanzhou normal College is a newly established local undergraduate college, and the management of the student associations of the school is frequently replaced by the old and the new, and is often in the transition stage of convergence. Therefore, in a very long period of time, The effect of community management in Quanzhou normal University is not ideal, and there are still a series of practical problems to be solved. The author of this paper has worked in Quanzhou normal University for many years, and has been in charge of the management of the university's association for a long time. He has a deep understanding of the management of the university's community and has accumulated rich experience in the long process of work. In line with the rigorous and pragmatic attitude and spirit of research, the author has established "the study and analysis of the management system of the community in Quanzhou normal University" as the research subject, and resolutely selected "Quanzhou normal College" as the key research object. This paper discusses the causes of the existing problems in the management of Quanzhou normal University from many aspects and angles, and puts forward the solution and guarantee measures of "applying modern software management to data research and analysis". In the first chapter, the thesis briefly introduces the research background, the significance of the project and the current research and application status of the university community management system, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process, and gives the optimized business process. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including community member management, community system management, community project management. Community fund management, community data management and other sub-package diagram; In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the research and analysis work done.
