【摘要】：本文以某市區(qū)域改造項目為研究對象,以現(xiàn)階段我國出現(xiàn)的工程質(zhì)量問題為背景,結(jié)合項目管理的理論知識,對該區(qū)域改造工程的特點進行了分析,研究了目前的施工管理現(xiàn)狀和管理方案及其存在的問題。本文做的主要內(nèi)容概述如下:首先介紹了本課題的選題背景與研究意義,了解國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和我國現(xiàn)階段工程質(zhì)量的管理中所存在的問題。同時介紹了某市區(qū)域改造項目的工程概況和工程特點,對其工程管理的方式進行了闡述,從中得出本文所重點研究的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上歸納出了本文的研究方法與文章的組織結(jié)構(gòu)框架。其次對本文中所應(yīng)用到的理論知識進行了較為全面、深入的說明。主要包括質(zhì)量管理的基本概念與基本原則,建筑工程質(zhì)量管理的概念、特點,以及施工過程質(zhì)量管理的基本依據(jù)等。然后以施工單位為研究主體,分析了目前階段各環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量控制的問題不足,總結(jié)概括了建筑工程因質(zhì)量缺陷而誘發(fā)的事故原因。針對存在的問題,提出了一套系統(tǒng)全面的控制方法,更能適應(yīng)今后的建設(shè)需要。對該方法構(gòu)造合適的模型進行分析,運用層次分析法的概念,增強施工過程的質(zhì)量把控,并對該建模方法進行了詳細說明再次對工程改造項目中存在的質(zhì)量問題進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,按照本文提出的質(zhì)量控制理念重新提出新的方案,分別在施工全過程中的事前、事中、事后三個狀態(tài)提出了管控方法和措施,在各個工序、相互工序的銜接上要做到自我監(jiān)督和相互監(jiān)督,形成良好的質(zhì)量自控模式。最后,對改造實例的質(zhì)量控制方案的實施的保障措施進行了說明,并對優(yōu)化方案實施的預(yù)期效果進行了分析,定量的得出實施該方案后質(zhì)量控制的提升空間,促進今后質(zhì)量控制方案的更新。文章的最后做出了對研究內(nèi)容的總結(jié)和展望,對需要繼續(xù)完善的地方進行了說明。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics of the regional reconstruction project in a certain city are analyzed with the background of the engineering quality problems in our country and the theoretical knowledge of project management. The present situation of construction management, the management scheme and the existing problems are studied. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: firstly, the background and significance of this topic are introduced, and the research status at home and abroad as well as the problems existing in the management of engineering quality at present in China are discussed. At the same time, this paper introduces the engineering general situation and engineering characteristics of a city's regional transformation project, expounds the ways of engineering management, and draws the key problems of this paper. On this basis, the research methods and the organizational structure of the article are summarized. Secondly, the theoretical knowledge applied in this paper is explained comprehensively and deeply. It mainly includes the basic concepts and principles of quality management, the concept and characteristics of quality management of construction engineering, and the basic basis of quality management in construction process. Then, taking the construction unit as the main body of study, this paper analyzes the shortage of quality control in every link in the present stage, and summarizes the causes of the accidents caused by the quality defects in the construction projects. In view of the existing problems, a set of systematic and comprehensive control method is put forward, which is more suitable for the future construction needs. The method is used to construct suitable model and the concept of analytic hierarchy process is used to enhance the quality control of the construction process. The modeling method is described in detail and the quality problems existing in the project are optimized again. According to the concept of quality control put forward in this paper, the new scheme is put forward again, respectively in the whole construction process, in advance, in the whole process, The control methods and measures are put forward in the three states after the event. The self-supervision and mutual supervision should be achieved in the connection of each process and each other, and a good self-control mode of quality control should be formed. Finally, the paper explains the guarantee measures of the implementation of the quality control scheme of the reconstruction example, and analyzes the expected effect of the implementation of the optimized scheme, and quantitatively obtains the improvement space of the quality control after the implementation of the scheme. Promote the updating of future quality control programs. At the end of the article, the conclusion and prospect of the research content are given, and the further improvement is explained.
