【摘要】：從三峽移民勘測(cè)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐中認(rèn)識(shí)和體會(huì)到：①三峽移民工程建設(shè)是在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)變過程中進(jìn)行的，必須順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化；②在多專業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理中，要重視各專業(yè)的技術(shù)牽頭作用，并做好跟蹤協(xié)調(diào)工作；③項(xiàng)目管理要以服務(wù)為宗旨，盡最大努力為專業(yè)人員提供各種急需的技術(shù)資料；④管理是生產(chǎn)力、管理是一門科學(xué)要努力培養(yǎng)管理人才，，提高管理水平。
[Abstract]:From the practice of the project management of the three Gorges resettlement survey planning, it is found that: 1 the construction of the three Gorges resettlement project is carried out in the course of the transition from planned economy to socialist market economy system, and must conform to the change of market economy; (2) in the multi-professional project management, we should attach importance to the technical leading role of each profession, and do a good job of tracking and coordinating, 3 the project management should take the service as the purpose, do our best to provide all kinds of urgently needed technical information for the professionals; 4 Management is productivity, management is a science to train management talents and improve management level.
