項目化管理在天鋼的應用研究
[Abstract]:Although Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd (TISCO) has introduced a large number of advanced technologies and advanced processes, it has not learned enough from the enterprise management model. Steel production enterprises such as Tiangang generally put emphasis on technology and light management. The tendency of emphasis on hardware and software, lack of effective management integration to the existing production capacity, also faces a lot of internal and external pressure. The project management model can decompose the strategic objectives of the organization into the specific projects, and can also organize the production of the new products in small quantities which are badly needed in the market according to the project mode. This process can be planned and evaluated. It not only can effectively manage the projects in the enterprise plan, but also can manage the unexpected events and activities in time, and it greatly improves the effectiveness of the management and shortens the time of the product going on the market. It is difficult to do all of this by simply relying on the original organizational system. The project of the organization can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of the grass-roots workers, provide a new platform for more people, so that the middle managers quickly mature and multifaceted. Operate and manage the enterprise under the influence of the project organization. Through the key links of the project, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, achieve their own strategic objectives. This paper also aims at analyzing the content and concrete operation mode of enterprise project management from the practical process of project management of Tianshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., combining the enterprise function management with project management organically, and introducing the new management concept of enterprise project management. The concept of project management is expanded, and the project management of Tiangang is discussed. Finally, the concept of enterprise project management model is obtained. Based on the project management theory and the flat structure of the organization, this paper analyzes the operation mode of the project management in Tianshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and analyzes the theory and application, aiming at the problems in the actual operation. In this paper, through strong logical thinking mode, the project management of Tiangang is analyzed one by one, and the identification research is carried out.
