【摘要】：比較了國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理模式與Partnering模式,指出目前國(guó)內(nèi)的項(xiàng)目管理模式存在的不足,并提出我國(guó)在若干項(xiàng)目實(shí)行Partnering新模式的可行性,并在借鑒國(guó)外成功做法的基礎(chǔ)上提出了符合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段特征的改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新,提出兩段式的創(chuàng)新Partnering模式。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the traditional international and domestic project management mode with the Partnering mode, points out the shortcomings of the current domestic project management mode, and points out the feasibility of implementing the new Partnering model in several projects in China. On the basis of drawing lessons from the successful practices of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the improvement and innovation according with the characteristics of our country at present, and puts forward a two-stage innovative Partnering model.
