企業(yè)主導(dǎo)類公益項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作個案研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)社會責(zé)任意識的提升,加之政府的大力引導(dǎo),大量企業(yè)投身到社會公益事業(yè)之中,并逐步嘗試以開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的方式為需求群體提供服務(wù),然而可供參考性的實(shí)踐模式仍處在探索之中。當(dāng)前學(xué)界多集中研究政府主導(dǎo)或是民間發(fā)起的公益項(xiàng)目,而對企業(yè)主導(dǎo)類公益項(xiàng)目的研究比較缺乏。論文選取“匯愛”項(xiàng)目這一匯豐中國銀行主導(dǎo)發(fā)起的公益項(xiàng)目為個案研究對象,通過參與項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作,跟蹤研究企業(yè)發(fā)起、政府協(xié)同投資支持、委托第三方策劃監(jiān)管、一線社會組織操作執(zhí)行的公益項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)與實(shí)施管理過程;重點(diǎn)分析項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作過程中,各協(xié)作主體的互動關(guān)系和項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作機(jī)制的安排;并以此為基礎(chǔ)探討公益項(xiàng)目采取此運(yùn)行方式的優(yōu)勢,反思影響項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作進(jìn)程及成效的關(guān)聯(lián)性因素,進(jìn)而探索促進(jìn)該類項(xiàng)目有效運(yùn)作的思路,為未來企業(yè)主導(dǎo)投資公益事業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of corporate social responsibility awareness, coupled with the strong guidance of the government, a large number of enterprises devote themselves to social welfare undertakings, and gradually try to provide services to the demand groups by way of development projects. However, the practical model for reference is still in the process of exploration. At present, scholars mainly focus on government-led or non-governmental public welfare projects, but lack of research on enterprise-led public welfare projects. This paper selects "Huiai" project, a public welfare project led by HSBC Bank of China, as the case study object, through participating in the project operation, tracking the research enterprise's initiation, the government cooperating with investment support, entrusting the third party to plan and supervise. The development and implementation management process of the public welfare projects operated by the first-line social organizations; Focus on the analysis of the project operation process, the interaction between the main actors and the project operation mechanism arrangement; On this basis, this paper discusses the advantages of adopting this mode of operation of public welfare projects, reflects on the related factors that affect the operation process and effectiveness of the projects, and then explores the ideas to promote the effective operation of such projects. For the future enterprise-led investment public welfare project management to provide reference.
