隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目協(xié)同管理研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經濟的發(fā)展,規(guī)模大、投資主體多元化、管理復雜的工程項目越來越多,對工程項目的管理水平也越來越高,與此同時,隨著項目管理技術、廣義的協(xié)同學和信息技術的發(fā)展,工程項目管理也正朝著協(xié)同化的方向發(fā)展。正是在這樣一個時代背景下,項目管理科學下的協(xié)同管理蓬勃發(fā)展起來,協(xié)同管理的主要目的就是指導工程項目管理,提高工程項目管理的水平。 本文在對國內外關于協(xié)同管理的現狀以及研究動態(tài)做了詳盡的闡述,結合復雜性理論、項目管理理論以及項目協(xié)同管理理論,,對工程項目的協(xié)同管理理論體系做出了初步的探索,提出了復雜工程項目在隨機事件影響下的協(xié)同體系:目標協(xié)同體系、組織協(xié)同體系、資源協(xié)同體系。并且在協(xié)同體系之下,導出了復雜工程項目在隨機事影響下的協(xié)同機理。通過對協(xié)同體系以及協(xié)同機理的分析研究,結合隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目目標協(xié)同的基本框架分析,創(chuàng)新的構建了隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目多目標協(xié)同模型,該通過對成本、進度和質量子系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同模型分析以及多目標協(xié)同模型的研究,應用PSO算法,對模型進行優(yōu)化求解,進度、成本和質量是相互作用,相互制約的。通過對隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目全生命周期協(xié)同管理的研究,應用Petri網構建隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目全生命周期協(xié)同管理模型,并且對模型的決策階段、設計與計劃階段、施工階段和運營階段分別進行建模?梢缘贸鼋Y論:基于全過程的復雜工程項目各個階段協(xié)同管理是不可割裂的,各個階段都有相互重疊的部分,它們相互滲透,相互影響,相互制約,相互促進。只有從復雜工程項目整體上考慮協(xié)同管理,才會實現復雜工程項目最優(yōu)目標。 本文將協(xié)同管理的思想融入到項目管理中,特別是結合模型,對隨機事件影響的復雜工程項目全生命周期的協(xié)管理模型的進一步研究,為復雜工程項目的協(xié)同管理提供了理論支撐和技術支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, large scale, diversified investment bodies, more and more complex engineering projects are managed, and the management level of engineering projects is becoming higher and higher. At the same time, with the project management technology, With the development of collaboration and information technology, project management is developing towards synergy. It is under such an era background that the cooperative management under the project management science is booming. The main purpose of collaborative management is to guide the engineering project management and improve the level of engineering project management. In this paper, the current situation and research trends of collaborative management at home and abroad are described in detail, combining complexity theory, project management theory and project collaborative management theory. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the cooperative management theory system of engineering projects, and puts forward the collaborative systems of complex engineering projects under the influence of random events: goal coordination system, organization coordination system and resource coordination system. Furthermore, under the cooperative system, the cooperative mechanism of complex engineering projects under the influence of random events is derived. Based on the analysis of coordination system and coordination mechanism, combined with the analysis of the basic framework of goal coordination of complex engineering projects influenced by random events, the multi-objective collaborative model of complex engineering projects affected by random events is constructed. By analyzing the cooperative model of cost, schedule and quality subsystem and studying the multi-objective cooperative model, the PSO algorithm is applied to optimize the solution of the model. The schedule, cost and quality are interacted and restricted. Based on the research on the collaborative management of complex engineering projects under the influence of random events, the Petri net is used to construct the collaborative management model of the whole life cycle of complex engineering projects affected by random events, and the decision-making stage of the model is given. The design and planning stages, the construction phase and the operation phase are modeled separately. It can be concluded that the collaborative management of complex engineering projects based on the whole process can not be separated, and there are overlapping parts in each stage, which permeate, influence, restrict and promote each other. The optimal goal of complex engineering projects can be achieved only when collaborative management is considered as a whole. In this paper, the idea of cooperative management is integrated into the project management, especially the further research on the co-management model of the complex project life cycle influenced by random events in combination with the model. It provides theoretical and technical support for collaborative management of complex engineering projects.
