北京國金管理咨詢公司工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:北京國金管理咨詢公司隨著自身的發(fā)展壯大,參與到了越來越多的工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,在處理越來越多的業(yè)務(wù)的時候,逐漸遇到了一些經(jīng)營管理的困境。例如,公司壯大之后,部門之間的溝通交流不暢,極大影響了企業(yè)的運(yùn)營效率和運(yùn)營成本;公司業(yè)務(wù)增多,需要管理的資料隨之激增,原有的人工管理方式嚴(yán)重不能滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,而且隨著業(yè)務(wù)增多,公司難以及時消化處理新的知識經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為了解決這些問題,提升公司自身在工程項(xiàng)目咨詢領(lǐng)域的競爭力,北京國金管理咨詢公司管理層決定借鑒國外相關(guān)咨詢公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn),開發(fā)一套工程工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)自用。根據(jù)北京國金管理咨詢公司和該公司所參與的工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,并且在借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,決定采用B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器)模式,使用當(dāng)下最成熟、最流行的輕量級開源框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)來實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)。另外,根據(jù)需求分析結(jié)果,采用SQL Server 2014作為該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。該系統(tǒng)按照需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃立項(xiàng),物料采購管理,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量與安全管理,項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收與評估管理,項(xiàng)目綜合信息管理功能。其中項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃立項(xiàng)劃分為項(xiàng)目建議、項(xiàng)目可研(即可行性研究)、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、規(guī)劃文檔、預(yù)算及成本管理、計(jì)劃進(jìn)度管理六個模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。物料采購管理劃分為供應(yīng)商管理,采買管理,監(jiān)造管理,物料管理四部分進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量與安全管理劃分為項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理和項(xiàng)目安全管理。項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收與評估管理劃分為項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收管理和項(xiàng)目評估管理兩部分。項(xiàng)目綜合信息管理劃分為信息統(tǒng)計(jì),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,知識管理三部分進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。北京國金管理咨詢公司工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)對于北京國金管理咨詢公司具有重要的實(shí)際意義。該管理系統(tǒng)幫助國金公司解決了公司內(nèi)部溝通問題,提高了對文件的管理效率,提高了公司對知識的消化獲取能力,極大增強(qiáng)了國金管理咨詢公司的行業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of its own, Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company has been involved in more and more construction projects, and has gradually encountered some difficulties in management while dealing with more and more business. For example, after the expansion of the company, the communication between the departments is not smooth, which greatly affects the operation efficiency and operation cost of the enterprise; With the increase of business, the data that need to be managed will proliferate, and the original manual management method can not meet the actual demand seriously, and with the increase of business, it is difficult for the company to digest and deal with the new knowledge and experience in time. In order to solve these problems and enhance the competitiveness of the company in the field of engineering project consulting, the management of Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company decided to draw lessons from the experience of foreign consulting companies and develop a project management system for its own use. According to the actual situation of Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company and the engineering project in which the company participated, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant system experience at home and abroad, we decided to adopt the B / S (browser / Server) mode and use the most mature model at present. The most popular lightweight open source framework SSH (Struts2 Spring Hibernate3) to implement the system. In addition, according to the result of requirement analysis, SQL Server 2014 is used as the database of the system. According to the requirement analysis, the system realizes the functions of project planning and establishment, material purchasing management, project quality and safety management, project acceptance and evaluation management, and project comprehensive information management. The project planning is divided into six modules: project proposal, project feasibility study, project establishment, planning document, budget and cost management, and planning schedule management. Material purchasing management is divided into four parts: supplier management, purchasing management, supervision management and material management. Project quality and safety management is divided into project quality management and project safety management. Project acceptance and evaluation management is divided into two parts: project acceptance management and project evaluation management. The project integrated information management is divided into three parts: information statistics, standardized management and knowledge management. The design and implementation of the engineering project management system of Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company is of great practical significance for Beijing Guojin Management Consulting Company. The management system helps the company to solve the internal communication problems, improve the efficiency of document management, improve the ability of the company to digest and acquire knowledge, and greatly enhance the industry competitiveness of Guojin management consulting company.
