【摘要】：本文探討了中國(guó)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展、改革及所遇到的問(wèn)題。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,深化中國(guó)建筑業(yè)的改革,需要變革建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的組織模式和建筑市場(chǎng)的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)方式。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目組織模式是成功進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理的基石,也是業(yè)主和建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵因素。因?yàn)樗_定了項(xiàng)目管理的總體框架、基本路徑和項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)及項(xiàng)目各方的責(zé)任與義務(wù)。本文介紹了國(guó)際上流行的項(xiàng)目組織模式及其演變和發(fā)展;不同項(xiàng)目組織模式的特征及其相互聯(lián)系;分析了項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)方式在深化我國(guó)建筑市場(chǎng)改革和加速建筑業(yè)與國(guó)際接軌的作用和意義;提出了深化中國(guó)建筑業(yè)改革應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策,以緩解加入WTO對(duì)我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的壓力。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development, reform and problems of Chinese construction industry. Construction project organization model is the cornerstone of successful project management, and also the key factor of owner and construction project success. Because it defines the overall framework of project management, the basic path and the risk structure of the project, and the responsibilities and obligations of the project parties. This paper introduces the international popular project organization model, its evolution and development, the characteristics of different project organization models and their interrelation. This paper analyzes on the role and significance of project procurement in deepening the reform of Chinese construction market and accelerating the integration of construction industry with the world, and puts forward some countermeasures to deepen the reform of Chinese construction industry in order to ease the pressure on our construction industry after China's entry into WTO.
