新寶股份小家電產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理績效研究
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of development, the small household appliances industry in China has gradually transitioned from the initial simple assembly to a relatively complete production system, which can carry out a certain scale of production and has a considerable technical level. As we all know, the capital and technical barriers of small household appliances are relatively low, accompanied by a relatively broad profit space, which directly attracts more and more companies to get involved in the small home appliance market. With the continuous development of the market, many medium-sized and small household appliances enterprises have expanded their product lines to seek a breakthrough in their own development scale. Some large home appliance enterprises have also entered the small household appliances industry with their own good brand efficiency and management experience. These all directly cause the competition of small home appliance industry aggravation, industry management benefit also appears decline. In order to adapt to the increasingly competitive market environment and keep up with the market demand, small household appliances enterprises need to carry out the research and development of new products to ensure the efficiency of the enterprises. The following R & D costs are also related to the market competitiveness of enterprises. Effective R & D management can not only effectively control the R & D cost of new products, but also improve the quality of new products. Guangdong Xinbao Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., as the representative of small home appliance market, has made some remarkable achievements after considerable and unremitting development. But under the company's bright development prospect, also faces the market unceasing impact and the industry strong challenge, how to guarantee the company product quality at the same time, reduces the research and development cost, realizes the management benefit maximization, Is each new treasure stock R & D personnel constantly pondering the problem. Taking the R & D management of Xinbao electric heating kettle as an example, this paper describes the general process of the research and development of small household appliances, and analyzes the main characteristics of the R & D management of the small household appliances project combined with its R & D process. This reaction illustrates the Xinbao shares in small household appliances R & D project management deficiencies. Based on the theory of project management, this paper expounds the influence factors of project schedule management, quality management and cost management in project management. By analyzing the relationship between the influencing factors, the classification of influencing factors is identified. The management problem of abstract theory is transformed into concrete management imagination. On this basis, in order to improve the project management performance, based on the project management situation of Xinbao stock from 2013 to 2015, the corresponding project management performance evaluation index system is constructed. This paper evaluates the project management performance of Xinbao shares in the past three years and finds out the concrete reasons for the low management performance in the actual project management through the result of evaluation and analysis. It provides guidance for actual project R & D management. In view of the problems existing in the R & D management of Xinbao stock products, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the R & D project management of small household appliances with Xinbao shares are given.
