S公司項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)績效管理體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷完善,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭日益激烈,而競(jìng)爭的核心是人才的競(jìng)爭,因此人力資源管理的地位越發(fā)重要?冃Ч芾硎侨肆Y源管理的核心環(huán)節(jié),團(tuán)隊(duì)合作在公司運(yùn)作和發(fā)展中日顯突出和重要,如何對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績效進(jìn)行有效管理,最大限度的激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的效率和效益,是企業(yè)一直在探索的問題。建立科學(xué)合理有效的績效管理體系能夠規(guī)范團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的行為,提高團(tuán)隊(duì)成員活動(dòng)的主動(dòng)性和積極性,促使其努力工作,達(dá)成企業(yè)經(jīng)營的目標(biāo)。本文針對(duì)S公司項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)績效管理體系進(jìn)行研究,探討采用KPI來衡量團(tuán)隊(duì)成員績效的機(jī)制和方法。全文分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分介紹本文的寫作背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義;第二部分為國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)綜述;第三部分分析S公司績效管理的現(xiàn)狀;第四部分提出S公司績效管理的改善及優(yōu)化方案;第五部分是結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the core of the competition is the competition of talents, so the position of human resource management is becoming more and more important. Performance management is the core link of human resource management. Team cooperation is becoming more and more important in the operation and development of the company. How to effectively manage the performance of team members and stimulate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team to the maximum extent. Is the enterprise has been exploring the problem. The establishment of scientific, reasonable and effective performance management system can standardize the behavior of team members, improve the initiative and enthusiasm of team members, promote their hard work and achieve the goal of enterprise management. In this paper, the system of project team performance management in S Company is studied, and the mechanism and method of using KPI to measure the performance of team members are discussed. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the writing background and practical significance of this paper; the second part is the domestic and foreign literature review; the third part analyzes the current situation of S company performance management; The fourth part puts forward the improvement and optimization scheme of S company performance management, the fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
