A公司施工項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)是人力資源管理工作中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,也是公司不斷發(fā)展的內(nèi)部核心要素之一。通過(guò)合理有效的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),可以有效地提升公司內(nèi)部人才發(fā)展的空間,促進(jìn)公司績(jī)效的整體提升,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的提高,最終增強(qiáng)公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文從對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)條件下,管理團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的普遍現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),并以A公司為例,通過(guò)分析A公司施工項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)有的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)制度和舉措以及現(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題和困難,結(jié)合人力資源管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí),運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的方法為該公司的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)體系構(gòu)建合理有效的優(yōu)化體系。本文首先采用文獻(xiàn)分析的方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和人力資源管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了分析和闡述,通過(guò)對(duì)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)核心成員的訪談了解到,雖然公司實(shí)現(xiàn)了較合理的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員結(jié)構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)得到了較好的分解與執(zhí)行,但公司在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理方面依然存在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員間的協(xié)作較差、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的責(zé)任意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員間的溝通不夠、對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的職業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)注不夠等問(wèn)題;趯(duì)以上問(wèn)題原因的分析,A公司在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理上應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的培訓(xùn),完善沖突管理與溝通,建立科學(xué)有效的激勵(lì)和職業(yè)生涯管理制度。最后,為保障項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行,公司必須對(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,從目前的職能制結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為矩陣式結(jié)構(gòu),建立一種鼓勵(lì)合作和授權(quán)的企業(yè)文化,并創(chuàng)造一個(gè)鼓勵(lì)分享和學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)境和條件。施工項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工程,需要公司各個(gè)部門的積極配合與合作才能完成。
[Abstract]:Project team building is an important part of human resource management and one of the core elements of the company's continuous development. Through reasonable and effective project team construction, it can effectively enhance the space of talent development in the company, promote the overall improvement of the company's performance, realize the improvement of the company's economic and social benefits, and finally enhance the core competitiveness of the company. Based on the general situation of management team construction under the current economic situation in our country, and taking company A as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of construction project team building activities in A company. The existing team-building system and measures, as well as the existing problems and difficulties in the project team building, combined with human resources management related theoretical knowledge, Use the method of project team building to build a reasonable and effective optimization system for the company's team building system. Firstly, this paper analyzes and expounds the related theories of project management, team building and human resource management by using the method of literature analysis. And interviews with project managers and core members of the project team found that although the company has achieved a more reasonable team member structure, the project objectives have been better decomposed and implemented. However, there are still some problems in the construction and management of the project team, such as poor cooperation among the members of the project team, weak sense of responsibility of the members of the project team, insufficient communication among the members of the project team, insufficient attention to the professional development of the team members, and so on. Based on the analysis of the reasons above, Company A should strengthen the training of project managers and team members, improve conflict management and communication, and establish a scientific and effective incentive and career management system in the construction and management of project team. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth construction of the project team, the company must adjust the organizational structure, from the current functional structure to the matrix structure, and establish a corporate culture that encourages cooperation and authorization. And create an environment and conditions that encourage sharing and learning. Construction project team building and management is a systematic project, which needs the cooperation and cooperation of all departments.
