【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目屬于一個企業(yè)銷售管理系統(tǒng)，功能主要有：庫存管理、項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目跟蹤等功能，能滿足公司的日常銷售辦公需求，此外為了方便公司內(nèi)部使用還附有通訊功能和人事管理功能。該系統(tǒng)的主要負(fù)責(zé)人是五個，通過相互合作來實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊的研發(fā)，其中，庫存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)是由筆者來負(fù)責(zé)的。 在一家企業(yè)的運(yùn)營過程中，每一家企業(yè)都會準(zhǔn)備一個屬于自己的庫房，用于堆放管理一些企業(yè)用不到的或者以后會用到的物品。但是隨著企業(yè)長時間的物品堆放，庫房內(nèi)往往會變得很雜亂，，各種物品堆疊在一起，管理人員翻找一件企業(yè)需要的東西往往需要很長的時間，嚴(yán)重影響了企業(yè)工作的正常運(yùn)行。所以以前老套的庫房管理模式已經(jīng)不適合現(xiàn)如今的企業(yè)發(fā)展需要了。所以采用智能化的倉庫管理手段才能適應(yīng)時代的潮流，將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到倉庫的管理中將極大的改善倉庫的管理水平。 信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，已經(jīng)使得計(jì)算機(jī)得到了普遍的運(yùn)用，完全可以利用計(jì)算機(jī)的智能系統(tǒng)管理來取代人工管理，從而有效提高工作效率，減少人力資源成本的支出。現(xiàn)在，利用計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)，就可以輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)表單的添加、修改和刪除、以及審核等任務(wù)，比起人工操作更加簡單和快捷，不僅大大提高了工作效率，而且也使得人力資源成本進(jìn)一步簡化和節(jié)約。 對于一個現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)來講，庫存管理系統(tǒng)是其必須要有的重要組成部分。企業(yè)高層管理人員以及企業(yè)決策者可以根據(jù)其內(nèi)容對企業(yè)進(jìn)行有效的管理。做出有效的決策。它的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的目的是方便企業(yè)對采購、出庫、入庫、銷售、等進(jìn)行一體化管理，從而使得企業(yè)的貨物庫存量得到有效的控制。庫存管理系統(tǒng)在工作的時候可以根據(jù)不同的貨物在入庫之前所設(shè)定的最低以及最高庫存數(shù)量顯示出相對應(yīng)的信息，換句話說即是當(dāng)貨物庫存不足的時候或者當(dāng)貨物庫存超出庫存數(shù)量的時候，該系統(tǒng)可以及時顯示以便管理人員進(jìn)行及時的制定采購計(jì)劃或者銷售計(jì)劃。 根據(jù)上文所述，筆者對B/S模式的庫存管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹，同時對其中的入庫管理、盤點(diǎn)庫存、出庫管理、單據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)管理、綜合查詢等模塊進(jìn)行了具體說明。筆者基于系統(tǒng)需求、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)環(huán)境搭建等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。第一，對研發(fā)的可能性進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的考量，第二，具體研究其中的功能設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)；第三，參照多種用戶的功能權(quán)限來對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行檢測。 該庫存管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用MyEclipse開發(fā)平臺，基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，采用SSH框架和ExtJS框架，用Tomcat作為服務(wù)器，用Mysql作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。

But as the enterprise piles up goods for a long time, the warehouse often becomes very messy, all kinds of things stacked together, managers look for an enterprise. So the old warehouse management mode is no longer suitable for the development of enterprises nowadays. So the intelligent warehouse management method can adapt to the trend of the times, and the application of computer technology to the warehouse management will be great. Improve warehouse management level.
With the rapid development of information technology, computers have been widely used. It is entirely possible to use computer intelligent system management to replace manual management, thus effectively improving work efficiency and reducing the cost of human resources. As well as auditing and other tasks, compared with manual operation is simpler and faster, not only greatly improves the efficiency of work, but also makes the cost of human resources further simplified and saved.
Inventory management system is an important part of a modern enterprise. The senior managers and decision makers can make effective decisions according to their contents. The purpose of its design and implementation is to facilitate enterprises to purchase, export, store, sell and so on. The inventory management system can display the corresponding information according to the lowest and highest inventory quantity set by different goods before storage, in other words, when the goods are in short supply or when the goods are out of stock. The system can display the quantity of stock in time so that managers can make purchasing plan or sales plan in time.
According to the above, the author introduces the inventory management system of B/S mode in detail, and explains the modules such as storage management, inventory management, storage management, document statistics, system management and comprehensive query. First, the possibility of R&D is considered economically and technically. Secondly, the function design and database design are studied concretely. Thirdly, the system is tested by referring to the functions and privileges of multiple users.
The inventory management system uses MyEclipse development platform, based on B/S structure, adopts SSH framework and ExtJS framework, uses Tomcat as the server, and uses Mysql as the database of the system.
