關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理的重中之重,做好項(xiàng)目管理最關(guān)鍵的因素在于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)合理性及計(jì)劃執(zhí)行的有效性。在不同行業(yè),每一個(gè)大型項(xiàng)目從最初的策劃到最終落地執(zhí)行都離不開(kāi)項(xiàng)目管理。尤其在周期長(zhǎng)、牽涉人員多、影響因素復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目中,項(xiàng)目管理的水平將直接影響項(xiàng)目最終成功與否。在保證項(xiàng)目成功的基礎(chǔ)上,高效利用項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),還將有效提高項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行效率,降低一切可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文在全面分析對(duì)比了傳統(tǒng)與系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),基于對(duì)此缺陷與不足的補(bǔ)充與提升,提出了使用關(guān)鍵鏈法項(xiàng)目管理,這種技術(shù)方法能夠顯著提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的有效及穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵鏈在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究,提出了采用基于優(yōu)先規(guī)則的啟發(fā)式算法的關(guān)鍵鏈的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,并使用了新的緩沖管理來(lái)解決其應(yīng)用問(wèn)題。本文將此技術(shù)通過(guò)算法應(yīng)用到軟件系統(tǒng)中,經(jīng)過(guò)演示該理論算法前后的計(jì)劃,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)比展現(xiàn)了關(guān)鍵鏈法對(duì)傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理的優(yōu)化效果。本文把關(guān)鍵鏈的核心思想用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),使該理論能夠更加易于現(xiàn)代的項(xiàng)目管理人員使用。使得該技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用及推廣成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is the most important part of project management. The most important factor of project management is the rationality of project schedule and the effectiveness of plan implementation. In different industries, every large-scale project from initial planning to final implementation are inseparable from project management. The level of project management will directly affect the success of the project, especially in the project with long period, more people involved and complex influencing factors. On the basis of ensuring the success of the project, the efficient use of project management technology will effectively improve the efficiency of project execution and reduce all possible risks. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and systematic project schedule management are analyzed and compared. Based on the deficiency and deficiency, the key chain method is used in the project management. This technique can significantly improve the efficiency and stability of project schedule management. Based on the research of key chain in project schedule management, a heuristic algorithm based on priority rule is proposed to manage project schedule, and a new buffer management is used to solve the application problem. In this paper, the algorithm is applied to the software system. After demonstrating the plan before and after the theoretical algorithm, the optimization effect of the key chain method on the traditional project management is compared. In this paper, the core idea of the key chain is realized by computer technology, so that the theory can be more easily used by modern project managers. It makes the wide application and popularization of this technology become a reality.
