【摘要】：為提高礦山建設項目管理水平，提出了項目樹可視化計劃編制方法，即將建設項目分解為樹型結構（ 項目樹） ，，以項目樹圖形可視化方法，分配樹葉工程及子樹工程的計劃任務量和投資額。該項目在北氵名河鐵礦建設中應用，不僅大大提高了建設項目的管理水平，而且取得了較大的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the management level of mine construction project, the method of project tree visualization planning is put forward, that is, the construction project is decomposed into tree structure (project tree) and visualized by project tree graph. Allocate planning and investment for leaf and subtree projects. The application of the project in the construction of Beiming he Iron Mine not only greatly improves the management level of the construction project, but also obtains great economic benefits.
