項(xiàng)目樹可視化計(jì)劃編制方法

【摘要】:為提高礦山建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理水平,提出了項(xiàng)目樹可視化計(jì)劃編制方法,即將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目分解為樹型結(jié)構(gòu)( 項(xiàng)目樹) ,,以項(xiàng)目樹圖形可視化方法,分配樹葉工程及子樹工程的計(jì)劃任務(wù)量和投資額。該項(xiàng)目在北氵名河鐵礦建設(shè)中應(yīng)用,不僅大大提高了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理水平,而且取得了較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the management level of mine construction project, the method of project tree visualization planning is put forward, that is, the construction project is decomposed into tree structure (project tree) and visualized by project tree graph. Allocate planning and investment for leaf and subtree projects.
