【摘要】：本文從軟件工程的角度論述冠偉公司的工程預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā),針對(duì)公司的工程安裝業(yè)務(wù)的信息化管理需求論述相應(yīng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文首先概述本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)所必要的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),主要包括Java編程、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、企業(yè)應(yīng)用軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)方法以及工程預(yù)算管理方面的重要概念和方法。然后對(duì)該預(yù)算管理系統(tǒng)的主要需求功能進(jìn)行了分析。該系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括總賬管理功能,具體包括總賬初始化、制單、往來(lái)處理、結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)、賬簿查詢(xún)等功能；預(yù)算管理功能,具體包括預(yù)算初始化、控制項(xiàng)設(shè)置、預(yù)算計(jì)劃分析、預(yù)算控制和統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢(xún)等功能；出納事務(wù)管理功能,具體包括現(xiàn)金管理和票據(jù)管理等功能。接下來(lái)在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步討論設(shè)計(jì)方案,根據(jù)修分析的業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容和軟件設(shè)計(jì)的原則,將每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)模塊劃分為一組合理的對(duì)象單元,每個(gè)單元分工處理一類(lèi)任務(wù)。在這一框架下較系統(tǒng)地討論了該軟件的架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)和預(yù)算總賬模塊、預(yù)算事務(wù)管理和出納事務(wù)處理模塊的程序組成,描述了相應(yīng)的內(nèi)部單元任務(wù)和調(diào)用關(guān)系。最后論述該系統(tǒng)的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)與測(cè)試問(wèn)題。該預(yù)算信息管理系統(tǒng)的軟件采用Java編程語(yǔ)言及和微軟公司的通用關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQLServer2012實(shí)現(xiàn)�；诔绦騿卧幚砣蝿�(wù)的特點(diǎn),其中運(yùn)算較復(fù)雜的程序如預(yù)算分析和總賬沖銷(xiāo)處理等在應(yīng)用服務(wù)器上基于Java編程實(shí)現(xiàn),而面向數(shù)據(jù)型的程序如總賬統(tǒng)計(jì)等程序則采用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的SQL存儲(chǔ)程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。目前該軟件進(jìn)入初步試運(yùn)行階段,較好地提高了項(xiàng)目預(yù)算管理的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development of the project budget management system of Guanwei Company from the point of view of software engineering, and discusses the corresponding software design and implementation according to the information management requirements of the company's engineering installation business. This paper first summarizes the necessary technical basis for the development of the system, including Java programming, database technology, the development method of enterprise application software and the important concepts and methods of project budget management. Then the main requirements of the budget management system are analyzed. The main functions of the system include general ledger management, including general ledger initialization, order making, transaction processing, carry-over, account book inquiry, and so on; budget management functions, including budget initialization, control item setting, budget plan analysis, etc. Budget control and statistic inquiry, cashier affairs management, including cash management and bill management. On the basis of requirement analysis, the design scheme is further discussed. According to the business content of repair analysis and the principle of software design, each business module is divided into a set of reasonable object units, and each unit is divided into a class of tasks. In this framework, the software architecture, database design and budget general ledger module, budget transaction management and cashier transaction processing module are discussed systematically, and the corresponding internal unit tasks and call relationships are described. Finally, the program realization and test of the system are discussed. The software of the budget information management system is implemented by Java programming language and SQLServer2012, a general relational database of Microsoft. Based on the characteristics of the tasks processed by the program unit, the programs with more complex operations, such as budget analysis and general ledger cancellation processing, are programmed on the application server based on Java. Data-oriented programs such as general ledger statistics and other programs are implemented by database SQL storage procedures. At present, the software has entered the initial stage of trial operation, which improves the accuracy and completeness of project budget management.
