【摘要】：現(xiàn)代項目管理的迅猛發(fā)展給我們帶來了許多關于項目成功概念和標準的討論。但是由于影響項目成功的因素眾多,特別是項目利益相關者對項目的期望的差別,造成了項目成功概念的模糊和判斷項目成功標準的不統(tǒng)一。本文立足于分析項目利益相關者的價值需求,分析了誰是項目利益相關者,在此基礎上形成基于項目利益相關者的項目核心價值,建立了項目核心價值生成模型和實現(xiàn)模型。最后結合價值網這一比較新穎的分析方法探討了建筑項目形成可持續(xù)發(fā)展核心價值的可行性。本文認為如果實現(xiàn)基于項目利益相關者的核心價值,可以認為項目是成功的。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern project management has brought us a lot of discussion about the concept and standard of project success. However, there are many factors that affect the project success, especially the difference of the project stakeholders' expectation to the project, which results in the ambiguity of the concept of project success and the inconsistency of judging the project success standard. Based on the analysis of the value needs of the project stakeholders, this paper analyzes who is the project stakeholders, and then forms the project core value based on the project stakeholders, and establishes the project core value generation model and the realization model. Finally, the feasibility of forming the core value of sustainable development of construction projects is discussed with the new analysis method of value net. This paper argues that the project can be considered successful if the core value of stakeholders is realized.
