【摘要】：2013年以來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和金融的盡速融合推動(dòng)著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融高速發(fā)展,不僅在金融界引起了巨大反響,更在科技領(lǐng)域掀起一波探索創(chuàng)新的浪潮。這一現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生以我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和深入改革為基礎(chǔ),并在金融發(fā)展模式的不斷革新中交互影響,得益于我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的日趨完善和健全�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式作為現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與金融結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,依托著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)強(qiáng)大的海量數(shù)據(jù)收集、處理、和挖掘技術(shù),可大幅降低金融市場(chǎng)的交易成本,提供交易效率。如何抓住當(dāng)前機(jī)會(huì),改變競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),是當(dāng)前企業(yè)的一個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的契機(jī)。當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸規(guī)�；�,隨著騰訊、平安、阿里等大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)的體系內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合,整個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)同樣面臨著整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈全面的整合與升級(jí)。松果互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融項(xiàng)目在此背景下展開(kāi),為適應(yīng)和滿足當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的契機(jī)和需求,松果項(xiàng)目被創(chuàng)立。本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的定義和特性出發(fā),通過(guò)比較和分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融服務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)金融服務(wù)的區(qū)別和優(yōu)勢(shì),分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)金融行業(yè)的影響,引述長(zhǎng)尾理論,通過(guò)類比長(zhǎng)尾的三種力量,來(lái)說(shuō)明分析松果互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融項(xiàng)目的機(jī)遇和機(jī)會(huì)。并且對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品、團(tuán)隊(duì)、推進(jìn)計(jì)劃,商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了概述。本論文著重使用了文獻(xiàn)研究、數(shù)據(jù)研究、比較分析、定量與定性分析等方法對(duì)當(dāng)前松果項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的宏觀微觀環(huán)境分析進(jìn)一步詳細(xì)論文松果互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融項(xiàng)目的可行性。隨后對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略,人力資源管理,項(xiàng)目管理,財(cái)務(wù)測(cè)算,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。通過(guò)對(duì)松果項(xiàng)目全方位的分析描述確認(rèn)了本項(xiàng)目的可行性,可操作性以及該項(xiàng)目自身在當(dāng)前的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, the rapid integration of Internet and finance has promoted the rapid development of Internet finance, which has not only caused a huge response in the financial circles, but also set off a wave of exploration and innovation in the field of science and technology. The emergence of this phenomenon is based on the economic development and in-depth reform of our country and interacts with each other in the continuous innovation of the financial development model, which benefits from the perfection and perfection of China's capital market. As a result of the combination of modern information technology and finance, the Internet financial model can greatly reduce transaction costs and provide transaction efficiency by relying on the powerful massive data collection, processing and mining technology of the Internet. How to seize the current opportunity and change the competitive situation is an opportunity for enterprises to achieve leapfrog development. At present, the structure of the Internet financial industry is becoming more and more large-scale. With the integration of the Internet financial industry chain within the system of large conglomerates such as Tencent, Ping'an and Ali, The whole Internet financial industry is also facing the integration and upgrading of the entire industrial chain. In order to adapt and meet the opportunities and needs of the upgrading of the current Internet financial industry chain, the Pine Cone Project was established under this background. This business plan starts from the definition and characteristics of Internet finance, by comparing and analyzing the differences and advantages between Internet financial services and traditional financial services, and analyzes the impact of the Internet on the financial industry, citing the long tail theory. Through analogizing the three forces of the long tail, the paper illustrates the opportunities and opportunities of analyzing the Internet financial projects in pine cones. The project's product, team, propulsion plan, and business model are outlined. This paper focuses on the use of literature research, data research, comparative analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the current pine cones project related to the macro and micro environmental analysis of the feasibility of the Internet financial project. Then the marketing strategy, human resource management, project management, financial calculation, risk management strategy are described in detail. The feasibility, maneuverability and practical significance of the project are confirmed by the analysis and description of the pine cone project.
