SY-LM公司R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on R monitoring system project schedule management method and practice. Based on the basic principles of project schedule planning and project schedule control, this paper expounds the problems existing in the project management of aviation R & D and manufacturing enterprises, the main performance and the requirements of new product R & D for project schedule management, and clarifies the scientific significance of the research. The research idea of plan-tracking-schedule change is put forward. The major contents of this paper include the following aspects: (1) this paper analyzes the background, objectives and other basic conditions of R monitoring system project, discusses the project organization structure, on the basis of this, Further investigation and analysis of the project schedule delay. At the same time, combined with the background of the project development and the actual development needs, this paper establishes the objective requirements of project schedule management. Therefore, this paper points out the direction and goal for the continuous improvement of R monitoring system project schedule planning and control. (2) this paper starts from the theoretical research of project schedule management and combines with the actual operation of R monitoring system project. By comparing the experiences and lessons of the relevant projects at home and abroad in the process of development, the theories, techniques and methods of project management are studied and explored to optimize the project schedule. The project schedule control system of R monitoring system is established. (3) under the condition of fully considering the status of project resources, we proceed from the constraints and consistency of production, matching, quality control, process preparation and so on. The project schedule control system of R monitoring system is established. Starting with R & D project, the project is decomposed and responsibility assigned, followed the research project development process, the WBS decomposition, schedule planning, operation analysis and optimization of the project. Through the research in this paper, we can further improve the level of project management and provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for the R & D management of similar products. It is beneficial to improve the level of project schedule management and market competitiveness of enterprises, and also provide some ideas and references for the enterprise to follow up the project schedule management.
