【摘要】：本文重點(diǎn)研究R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的方法和實(shí)踐�；陧�(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制基本原理,闡述了航空研發(fā)和制造企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題、主要表現(xiàn)以及新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的要求,明確了研究的科學(xué)意義,提出了計(jì)劃—跟蹤—進(jìn)度變更的研究思路。本文的專業(yè)研究?jī)?nèi)容包括如下個(gè)方面:(1)本文分析了 R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的背景、目標(biāo)等基本情況,論述了項(xiàng)目組織架構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度拖延情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。同時(shí),本文結(jié)合項(xiàng)目研制背景以及實(shí)際發(fā)展需求,確立了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的目標(biāo)要求,從而為R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制和控制的持續(xù)改進(jìn)指明了方向和目標(biāo)。(2)本文從項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論研究出發(fā),結(jié)合R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,通過對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)項(xiàng)目在研制過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),將項(xiàng)目管理中的理論、技術(shù)和方法等進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究和探索,優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并建立R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制系統(tǒng)。(3)在充分考慮了項(xiàng)目資源狀況的條件下,從生產(chǎn)、配套、質(zhì)量控制、工藝準(zhǔn)備等條件的制約和協(xié)調(diào)一致性出發(fā),建立了 R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制系統(tǒng)。從R監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目整體入手,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的工作分解和責(zé)任分配,遵循科研項(xiàng)目研制流程,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的WBS分解、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制、運(yùn)行情況分析及優(yōu)化。通過本文的研究,可進(jìn)一步提高項(xiàng)目管理水平,為企業(yè)同類產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)管理提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有利于提高企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)也為企業(yè)后續(xù)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理提供一定的思路和參考。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on R monitoring system project schedule management method and practice. Based on the basic principles of project schedule planning and project schedule control, this paper expounds the problems existing in the project management of aviation R & D and manufacturing enterprises, the main performance and the requirements of new product R & D for project schedule management, and clarifies the scientific significance of the research. The research idea of plan-tracking-schedule change is put forward. The major contents of this paper include the following aspects: (1) this paper analyzes the background, objectives and other basic conditions of R monitoring system project, discusses the project organization structure, on the basis of this, Further investigation and analysis of the project schedule delay. At the same time, combined with the background of the project development and the actual development needs, this paper establishes the objective requirements of project schedule management. Therefore, this paper points out the direction and goal for the continuous improvement of R monitoring system project schedule planning and control. (2) this paper starts from the theoretical research of project schedule management and combines with the actual operation of R monitoring system project. By comparing the experiences and lessons of the relevant projects at home and abroad in the process of development, the theories, techniques and methods of project management are studied and explored to optimize the project schedule. The project schedule control system of R monitoring system is established. (3) under the condition of fully considering the status of project resources, we proceed from the constraints and consistency of production, matching, quality control, process preparation and so on. The project schedule control system of R monitoring system is established. Starting with R & D project, the project is decomposed and responsibility assigned, followed the research project development process, the WBS decomposition, schedule planning, operation analysis and optimization of the project. Through the research in this paper, we can further improve the level of project management and provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for the R & D management of similar products. It is beneficial to improve the level of project schedule management and market competitiveness of enterprises, and also provide some ideas and references for the enterprise to follow up the project schedule management.
