【摘要】：工程進(jìn)度管理,在建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理中具有重要的意義,是項(xiàng)目管理中的重要部分,影響著建筑施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及信譽(yù)。目前,由于企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目管理中大都沿用傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法和理論,缺乏新概念、新技術(shù)的運(yùn)用,致使工程不能按期完成,或者為了能按時(shí)完成,不得不通過增加成本來實(shí)現(xiàn),既給企業(yè)增加了經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,又影響到企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)上競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本研究共分為六章:第一章論述了論文的研究背景、目的和意義、研究方法、研究現(xiàn)狀等;第二章為項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制的相關(guān)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀綜述;第三和第四章對(duì)中鐵一局工程進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)分析,找出公司現(xiàn)有進(jìn)度管理中存在的主要問題及產(chǎn)生問題的原因;第五章依據(jù)前文分析的問題及企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理需要提出中鐵一局在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制優(yōu)方案;第六章提出了中鐵一局實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理方案的保障措施。本文通過對(duì)中鐵一局施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題及對(duì)企業(yè)的影響,提出了項(xiàng)目管理的進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化方案,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論與方法,指導(dǎo)工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,取得了良好的效果。本文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)中鐵一局房建項(xiàng)目在具體的實(shí)踐中有一定的啟發(fā),對(duì)于相似企業(yè)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management, which is of great significance in the management of construction projects, is an important part of project management, which affects the economic benefits and credibility of construction enterprises. At present, due to the lack of new concept and application of new technology due to the traditional experience and theory used in project management, the project can not be completed on time, or in order to be completed on time, it has to be realized by increasing the cost. It not only increases the economic cost to the enterprise, but also affects the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market. This research is divided into six chapters: the first chapter discusses the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, research status quo, etc. In the third and fourth chapters, the author analyzes the project schedule management of the China Railway first Bureau, and finds out the main problems and the causes of the problems in the current schedule management of the company. In chapter 5, according to the problems analyzed above and the need of enterprise project management, the author puts forward the project schedule plan and schedule control scheme of China Railway first Bureau, and the sixth chapter puts forward the guarantee measures of implementing project management scheme of China Railway first Bureau. Through the research on the progress management of the construction project of the first Bureau of China Railway Corporation, this paper finds out the problems existing in the project schedule management of the company and its influence on the enterprise, and puts forward the optimization scheme of the schedule management of the project management, and applies the theory and method of the project management. To guide the implementation of the project, achieved good results. The research results of this paper have certain inspiration to the housing construction project of the first Bureau of China Railway in the concrete practice, and have reference value for the similar enterprise to carry on the project management.
