【摘要】：在國(guó)家實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的背景下,建立了自動(dòng)化與智能技術(shù)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練基地。介紹了大創(chuàng)基地的組織管理結(jié)構(gòu)、人才選拔與培養(yǎng)、項(xiàng)目管理等。依托大創(chuàng)基地,開(kāi)展了各類(lèi)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練。實(shí)踐表明,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練有效提升了學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí),促進(jìn)了自動(dòng)化與智能技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy, the training base of automation and intelligent technology for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship is established. This paper introduces the organization and management structure, talent selection and training, project management and so on. Relying on the big base, all kinds of innovative entrepreneurial training has been carried out. The practice shows that the training of innovation and entrepreneurship can effectively promote the students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the cultivation of automation and intelligent technical talents.
