基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的地鐵工程A項目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:In the field of subway project management, project schedule management is a very important branch, it is an important measure of subway project management. In the traditional subway project schedule management mode, there are some artificial factors, such as student syndrome, Parkinson's law and so on. This will prolong the estimated duration of the project and lead to delays in the project. The key chain management technology can greatly improve this situation, effectively make up for some problems in the traditional subway project schedule management method, so it is necessary for us to study the key chain technology deeply. This is of great significance to subway project management. This article mainly through the literature analysis and so on many methods launches the discussion. Firstly, this paper reviews the traditional theory and method of project schedule management, and briefly combs the existing problems, and then leads to the key chain technology and its theory. Secondly, the basic theory and thought of the key chain, its basic content and how to use it are expounded, and the differences between the key chain technology and the traditional project schedule management methods and their advantages are compared and analyzed. Thirdly, the paper discusses and analyzes the identification of key chain, the setting and management of buffer zone, and constructs the optimization model of subway project schedule management based on key chain. In this model, the complexity and resource constraint of subway project are comprehensively considered in the setting of import buffer zone, and the principal component analysis method is put forward, which can be used to distribute buffer amount and set up buffer zone after non-critical work. This is beneficial to the progress control of the project, which leads to the effective solution of the critical chain breakage and the great improvement of the input buffer setting, which makes it more scientific. Finally, through the introduction of A subway project case, the paper plans to adopt the traditional project schedule management method and key chain technology to formulate the project schedule management plan, and analyzes and compares the results of the two methods in depth. Through the analysis of examples, it is verified that the proposed method of importing buffer is more stable and feasible, and the key chain schedule management model can fully ensure the schedule management of the whole project. Can greatly reduce the duration of the project. Through the comparison of examples, it is proved that the advantages of the key chain management technology are as follows: (1) on the one hand, the conflict of resources is analyzed, on the other hand, the constraints of tight relationship are also taken into account; (2) the constraints and bottlenecks of resources are identified, which is beneficial to the optimal allocation of resources in the process of the project. In order to reduce the risk of progress caused by resource problems, (3) to ensure the smooth progress of the project, buffer zones are set up. The related research in this paper has further improved the project knowledge management system, which is helpful to the further improvement of the project management level, so it has strong practical significance.
