BIM工程項(xiàng)目管理流程與虛擬施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用推廣的研究
[Abstract]:With the development of digital information and its obvious advantages in information processing, As a collective application of digital design, (Building Information Model-BIM, an integrated management system of building information model, has gained more and more recognition and good results in the neighborhood of project management. There is a need for timely and accurate selection and transfer of engineering basic data in process management and control (accurate basic data is the supporting system of process control). At the same time, the effective combination of .BIM technology and modern information technology will make the construction industry revolutionize with the gradual development of BIM technology. However, as a collective application of digital design, building information model integrated management system (BIM) is still difficult to advance in scale in China, while the application of BIM in foreign countries is in full swing. This is bound to further widen the gap between the level of BIM technology at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the gap between the level of BIM technology in China and that of foreign countries, and to integrate the integrated management of engineering project information into Chinese architectural design, starting with a large number of detailed engineering practice cases. This paper studies and expounds the opportunities and challenges in the practice of BIM in China. This paper summarizes the current universal application and mainstream BIM platform in China, to a certain extent, provides a modest theoretical contribution to the effective promotion and localization of BIM in Chinese design institutes. In this paper, the BIM strategy of previous researchers is summarized systematically. The practical design scheme summarized in this paper will have a great effect on the development of the construction industry information integrated engineering project in our country. The research results of this paper can be used as a good reference material for future research and practice, and provide basic theoretical framework and practical guidance for later researchers. In the last part of this paper, the author puts forward his own proposal for the realization of digital earth and its customized scheme by using building digital information model in the future, which can be used as a new way of thinking and direction.
