【摘要】：正 國(guó)務(wù)院各部委、各直屬機(jī)構(gòu),中國(guó)人民解放軍總后勤部,中央各企業(yè)集團(tuán),各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市、計(jì)劃單列市財(cái)政廳(局)、國(guó)有資產(chǎn)管理局(辦公室),新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán):為規(guī)范中央管理企業(yè)(指資產(chǎn)財(cái)務(wù)關(guān)系直接隸屬財(cái)政部管理的企業(yè)、暫未脫鉤仍實(shí)行行業(yè)管理或中央主管部門管理的企業(yè),以下簡(jiǎn)稱中央企業(yè))實(shí)施破產(chǎn)中涉及的資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理工作,維護(hù)債權(quán)人、債務(wù)人的合法權(quán)益,根據(jù)《國(guó)有資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理辦法》(1991年國(guó)務(wù)院91號(hào)令)、《國(guó)有資產(chǎn)評(píng)估管理辦法施行細(xì)則》等有關(guān)文件精神,現(xiàn)對(duì)中央破產(chǎn)企業(yè)涉及資產(chǎn)評(píng)估項(xiàng)目管理的有關(guān)問(wèn)題通知如下:一、中央破產(chǎn)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估事關(guān)破產(chǎn)程序的正常實(shí)施和企業(yè)人員的妥善安置,有關(guān)方面應(yīng)予以高度重
[Abstract]:The ministries and commissions of the State Council, the organizations directly under the State Council, the General Logistics Department of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, the enterprise groups of the Central Committee, the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, The Ministry of Finance (Bureau) of municipalities separately listed in the Plan, the Administration of State-owned assets (Office), the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps: enterprises directly under the management of the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of standardizing the central management enterprises (refer to enterprises whose assets and financial relations are directly under the management of the Ministry of Finance, An enterprise that has not been decoupled from the business or managed by the central competent authority (hereinafter referred to as "the central enterprise") shall carry out the assets evaluation and management work involved in bankruptcy to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of creditors and debtors, In accordance with the "measures for the Administration of State-owned assets Evaluation" (decree No. 91 of the State Council of 1991) and the relevant documents such as the detailed rules for the implementation of the measures for the Administration of the Evaluation of State-owned assets, the relevant issues concerning the management of assets appraisal projects involving the central bankrupt enterprises are now notified as follows: 1.
