【摘要】：正 2002年11月11—14日,在投資建設(shè)領(lǐng)域業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容非常相近的兩個(gè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)——中國(guó)工程咨詢協(xié)會(huì)和中國(guó)勘察設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì),第一次共同在北京聯(lián)合召開(kāi)了“建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理和工程總承包經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流暨表彰大會(huì)”,國(guó)家計(jì)委等部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)紛紛出席此次會(huì)議,他們的重視使一向掩藏在項(xiàng)目管理光環(huán)下的工程承包與管理的地位愈加重要。 2001—2002年工程承包迎來(lái)了發(fā)展的新機(jī)遇。據(jù)對(duì)全國(guó)22個(gè)行業(yè)236家工程公司和設(shè)計(jì)院的統(tǒng)計(jì),1993—2001年,完成國(guó)內(nèi)工程總承包3409項(xiàng),合同金額2550億元人民幣;完成國(guó)外工程總承包123項(xiàng),合同金
[Abstract]:On November 11-14, 2002, two trade associations, the China Engineering Consulting Association and the China Survey and Design Association, which have very similar business contents in the field of investment and construction, For the first time, a joint "experience exchange and recognition conference on construction project management and general contracting of projects" was jointly held in Beijing. Leaders of the State Planning Commission and other departments attended the meeting one after another. Their attention has made the position of project contracting and management which has been hidden in the halo of project management even more important. Project contracting in 2001-2002 ushered in a new opportunity for development. According to the statistics of 236 engineering companies and design institutes in 22 industries across the country, in 1993-2001, 3409 general contracting projects were completed in China, with a total contract value of 255 billion yuan, and 123 general contracting projects were completed in foreign countries, with contract payment.
