吉林敖東提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目質量管理改進研究

【摘要】:質量是醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的生命,也是其進一步發(fā)展的源泉。我國是中醫(yī)藥文化發(fā)展大國,中藥材的文化發(fā)展源遠流長,中藥材生產(chǎn)過程中需要具備極高的質量管理水平,以此來保證高質量標準的產(chǎn)品。只有滿足質量標準的中藥材才能滿足社會的需要,對人們的健康和生命安全負責。紅參是中藥材炮制加工的一種中藥飲片,廣泛的應用到社會醫(yī)藥及保健食品行業(yè)。提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目的優(yōu)劣與中藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關,不僅代表了中藥飲片生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的技術發(fā)展水平,作為制劑企業(yè)投料使用的原材料,其質量管理水平更是深入影響了醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的質量,直接關系到人們的健康保障。在論文的研究過程中,堅持運用項目管理領域關于項目全面質量管理基本原理和管理方法,對提升紅參折干率項目展開相關理論和應用研究,繪制魚刺圖找出主要影響因素,提出問題、分析問題、解決問題。對從人員、設備、工藝技術操作方法、現(xiàn)場環(huán)境管理等方面的質量管理加以改進。本文主要從四方面著手于對提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目質量管理的研究:首先,本文通過對提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目的介紹,對飲片生產(chǎn)企業(yè)紅參生產(chǎn)折干率現(xiàn)狀進行概述。隨后對提升紅參折干率項目的研究背景及意義進行簡單的介紹,再對全面質量管理(TQM)的相關理論進行回顧,并深入分析相關質量理論的概念、特征以及應用,闡述項目的研究方法。其次,本文第二章以紅參生產(chǎn)線進行實地調(diào)研,闡述了提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目概況及質量管理現(xiàn)狀,分析在生產(chǎn)運營過程中存在的質量管理問題,并對在生產(chǎn)運營管理過程中存在的問題進行了深入的原因分析。再次,論文第三章對吉林敖東提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目的質量管理改進方案進行了研究和探討。認為從設備、人員、操作方法、環(huán)境管理等幾方面加以改進,制定了提升管理及操作人員的質量意識,提升生產(chǎn)工藝設備運行管理,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝系統(tǒng)流程,加強現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的5S管理幾種改進方案。最后,論文第四章通過從組織保障、制度保障、技術保障、信息保障幾方面入手對提升紅參生產(chǎn)折干率項目的質量管理改進方案制定了保障措施。本文將質量管理方法的應用拓展到中藥制藥領域,最終降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)控制水平,從而為企業(yè)帶來更大的經(jīng)濟效益,促進中藥飲片生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life of the pharmaceutical industry and the source of its further development. China is a large country in the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The cultural development of Chinese medicine has a long history. In order to ensure the high quality standard products, the production process of traditional Chinese medicine needs to have a very high quality management level. Only the traditional Chinese medicine that meets the quality standard can meet the needs of the society and be responsible for people's health and life safety. Red ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicine processed and widely used in social medicine and health food industry. The improvement of the dry rate of red ginseng production is closely related to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. It not only represents the technical development level of the Chinese medicine plate production enterprises, but also serves as the raw material for the preparation enterprises to feed. Its quality management level has a deep impact on the quality of the pharmaceutical industry, directly related to people's health protection. In the research process of the paper, the basic principles and management methods of project total quality management in the field of project management are used to carry out the relevant theoretical and applied research on the project of improving the dry rate of red ginseng, and the main influencing factors are found out by drawing the fish-prickly map. Ask questions, analyze problems, and solve problems. To improve the quality management from personnel, equipment, process and technical operation method, field environment management, etc. This paper mainly starts from four aspects to improve the red ginseng production dry rate project quality management research: first, this article through the promotion red ginseng production folding rate project introduction, to the drinking slice production enterprise red ginseng production dry rate present situation carries on the summary. Then the research background and significance of improving the dry rate of red ginseng are introduced briefly, and then the related theories of total quality management (TQM) are reviewed, and the concept, characteristics and application of relevant quality theory are analyzed in depth. Describe the research methods of the project. Secondly, the second chapter of this paper carries on the field investigation with the red ginseng production line, elaborated the project general situation and the quality management present situation of raising the red ginseng production dry rate, analyzed the quality management question existing in the production and operation process, The causes of the problems in the process of production and operation management are analyzed. Thirdly, the third chapter studies and discusses the project of improving the dry rate of red ginseng production in Aodong, Jilin province. It is pointed out that improvement should be made in the aspects of equipment, personnel, operation method and environmental management, and the quality consciousness of the management and operator should be raised, the operation management of production process equipment should be enhanced, and the process of production process system should be optimized. Strengthen 5 S management of site environment several kinds of improvement plan. Finally, the fourth chapter of the paper from the organizational support, system security, technical security, information security to improve the project of red ginseng production dry rate project quality management improvement measures. In this paper, the application of quality management method is extended to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and the production cost is reduced and the level of production control is improved, thus bringing greater economic benefits to the enterprises and promoting the sustainable development of the production enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.
