SMT貼片機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目的進(jìn)度計劃與控制研究

【摘要】:近年來,中國已經(jīng)成為全球電子產(chǎn)品主要的生產(chǎn)加工基地,電子制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品,其成本、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量和使用的SMT貼片機(jī)設(shè)備息息相關(guān)。如果SMT貼片機(jī)設(shè)備處于不良的狀態(tài),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)受阻,生產(chǎn)必然會受到影響,尤其對于大型流水線來說,只要一個環(huán)節(jié)受阻,其它工序必然會受到牽連,節(jié)拍下降、生產(chǎn)停頓,甚至工廠的正常運(yùn)營都有可能受到影響。目前對SMT貼片機(jī)設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目管理還未形成完整體系的研究,在研究項目成本、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度方面還有待加強(qiáng)。這就導(dǎo)致時常發(fā)生完工延遲,不合理的項目制訂,成本花費(fèi)過高等現(xiàn)象。項目管理的應(yīng)用及創(chuàng)新就是保障SMT設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的根本,作為國家技術(shù)核心的北京電子應(yīng)用研究所,研究其SMT貼片機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目管理的應(yīng)用是十分必要和具有現(xiàn)實意義的。本文針對北京應(yīng)用電子應(yīng)用研究所SMT貼片機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目的質(zhì)量控制、費(fèi)用分析、計劃進(jìn)度控制等環(huán)節(jié)的問題,在管理SMT貼片機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目中運(yùn)用項目管理的思想和理論,以此來指導(dǎo)項目。主要研究內(nèi)容集中在以下幾方面:(1)簡述SMT貼片機(jī)保養(yǎng)的特征及其支持項目的生命周期,利用對對需求識別的分析來說明在項目中需求識別的重要性,并總結(jié)了項目的一般策劃流程。最后說明了在實際的項目中采用的較為合適的組織結(jié)構(gòu)是平衡矩陣組織結(jié)構(gòu)。(2)結(jié)合北京應(yīng)用電子應(yīng)用研究所SMT貼片機(jī)年度保養(yǎng)項目的控制流程和計劃,說明在SMT貼片機(jī)保養(yǎng)項目中,計劃控制,風(fēng)險控制方法可以獲得有效運(yùn)用。最后在項目實施過程中,用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃法對工期進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,獲得最短工期且最低成本。從而保障該SMT貼片機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)項目的正常進(jìn)行。通過結(jié)合北京應(yīng)用電子研究所SMT貼片機(jī)年度保養(yǎng)項目,論證了在實施了項目管理后,有利保障了實際項目的進(jìn)度控制,同時費(fèi)用優(yōu)化分析也為這個項目的評價提供了最終的參考,同時也為今后開展有關(guān)設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作提出了指導(dǎo)和意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has become the main production and processing base of electronic products in the world. The cost, quality and quantity of the products produced by electronic manufacturing enterprises are closely related to the equipment used for SMT placement machines. If the equipment of SMT placement machine is in a bad condition and its operation is blocked, the production will inevitably be affected, especially for the large assembly line, as long as one link is blocked, the other processes will inevitably be implicated, the beat will drop and the production will stop. Even the normal operation of the plant may be affected. At present, the project management of SMT mounting equipment maintenance has not formed a complete system, in the research project cost, quality, progress still need to be strengthened. This often leads to delays in completion, unreasonable project formulation and high cost. The application and innovation of project management is the fundamental to ensure the normal operation of SMT equipment. As the core of national technology, it is very necessary and practical for the Beijing Institute of Electronic applications to study the application of the project management in the maintenance and maintenance of SMT placement machine. Aiming at the problems of quality control, cost analysis and schedule control of SMT mounting maintenance project in Beijing Institute of Applied Electronic applications, this paper applies the idea and theory of project management in the management of SMT Mounter maintenance Project. To guide the project. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the characteristics of maintenance of SMT placement machine and the life cycle of supporting project are briefly described, and the importance of requirement recognition in the project is illustrated by the analysis of requirement identification. And summarized the general planning process of the project. Finally, it is explained that the more suitable organization structure used in the actual project is the balance matrix organization structure. (2) combined with the control flow and plan of the annual maintenance project of the SMT mounting machine of the Beijing Institute of Applied Electronics applications, The method of planning control and risk control can be used effectively in the maintenance project of SMT mounting machine. Finally, in the implementation of the project, the network planning method is used to optimize the duration of the project to obtain the shortest duration and the lowest cost. In order to ensure the SMT placement machine maintenance project normal. By combining with the annual maintenance project of SMT placement machine in Beijing Institute of Applied Electronics, it is demonstrated that after the implementation of project management, the progress control of the actual project is ensured. At the same time, the cost optimization analysis also provides the final reference for the evaluation of the project, and also provides guidance and advice for the related equipment maintenance work in the future.
