H集成電路公司動力檢修項目風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:H集成電路公司是一家集成電路制造企業(yè),其生產(chǎn)線通常需要維持24小時不間斷的運營模式,而服務(wù)于工廠生產(chǎn)線并長期運行所需的各類動力設(shè)備和系統(tǒng),往往需要配合年度動力檢修項目工程,集中停下來進行相關(guān)動力設(shè)施的維護和保養(yǎng)工作,以維持各類動力系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備良好的運行狀態(tài)。集成電路制造動力檢修項目工程的特征是“施工周期緊湊”和“風(fēng)險性極高”,深入研究如何在風(fēng)險可控且確保安全的狀態(tài)下完成動力檢修項目十分必要。 本論文以H集成電路公司動力檢修項目的風(fēng)險管理為案例,結(jié)合歷史數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和檢查表法對項目風(fēng)險進行了識別,接著運用層次分析法對風(fēng)險因素進行了權(quán)重排序與風(fēng)險評價,最后根據(jù)風(fēng)險評價結(jié)果針對各風(fēng)險提出了風(fēng)險應(yīng)對策略及其具體應(yīng)對措施,并結(jié)合案例予以說明,從而得以減輕風(fēng)險因素對動力檢修項目的不利影響,確保任務(wù)的順利完成,并可為國內(nèi)其他同行業(yè)工廠動力檢修項目風(fēng)險管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:H IC Corporation is an integrated circuit manufacturer whose production line usually needs to maintain a 24-hour operating mode, and serve the plant production line and long-term operation of all types of power equipment and systems, It is often necessary to cooperate with the annual power maintenance project to focus on the maintenance and maintenance of related power facilities in order to maintain the good running condition of all kinds of power systems and equipment. The characteristics of power maintenance project in IC manufacturing are "compact construction period" and "extremely high risk". It is necessary to study how to complete the power maintenance project under the condition of controllable risk and safety. This paper takes the risk management of H integrated circuit company's power maintenance project as an example, combines the historical data statistics and check table method to identify the project risk, and then uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to carry on the weight ranking and the risk evaluation to the risk factor. Finally, according to the results of risk evaluation, the paper puts forward the risk response strategy and its specific measures, and explains it with a case, so as to mitigate the adverse impact of risk factors on the dynamic maintenance project and ensure the smooth completion of the task. It can provide reference for other domestic power maintenance project risk management in the same industry.
