【摘要】：建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)(以下稱BIM)作為一項(xiàng)新興的技術(shù)正在逐漸改變建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展。BIM是集成了建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目物理特性和功能特征的數(shù)字化模型,以其智能化、數(shù)字化以及模型信息關(guān)聯(lián)性等特點(diǎn),為建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的各參與方創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)便于交流的信息平臺(tái),并能夠?yàn)榻ㄔO(shè)工程項(xiàng)目全生命期的各階段提供決策、管理的充分的信息化依據(jù)。建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目合同體系是指由多個(gè)相互有關(guān)系的單個(gè)合同集合構(gòu)成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的整體,是實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的重要基礎(chǔ),是項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程和項(xiàng)目建設(shè)思路的集中體現(xiàn)。BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用改變了傳統(tǒng)意義上建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各方之間的對(duì)立、割裂的關(guān)系,同時(shí)對(duì)原有建設(shè)工程體系的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及利益分配格局也產(chǎn)生了影響,對(duì)建筑業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)組織方式和項(xiàng)目管理方式提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)�；诂F(xiàn)有的建設(shè)工程合同體系實(shí)施BIM建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目,缺少可供依靠的合同和法律方面的有效支撐,事實(shí)上也就是阻礙了BIM技術(shù)的在項(xiàng)目中的有效應(yīng)用。因此,亟需建立與BIM技術(shù)環(huán)境相適應(yīng)的新型建設(shè)工程合同體系,以有效提高BIM技術(shù)在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用成效。該論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和理論分析法,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)與建設(shè)工程合同體系的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了闡述和分析研究,分析、闡述了基于BIM技術(shù)環(huán)境的建設(shè)工程合同體系建立的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值;基于文獻(xiàn)研究和前述分析,初步提出了建立建設(shè)工程合同體系過(guò)程中涉及的基本要素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用理論分析和系統(tǒng)分析的方法,初步構(gòu)建了基于BIM技術(shù)環(huán)境的建設(shè)工程合同體系設(shè)計(jì)的基本過(guò)程框架,并對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的建設(shè)工程合同體系中存在的不符合BIM技術(shù)環(huán)境要求的相關(guān)問(wèn)題提出了改進(jìn)對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Building Information Modeling (BIM) (hereinafter referred to as BIM) as a new technology is gradually changing the development of construction industry. BIM is a digital model integrating the physical and functional characteristics of construction projects. The characteristics of digitalization and model information correlation have created a convenient information platform for the participants of the construction project, and can provide decision making for the whole life cycle of the construction project. The sufficient information basis of management. The contract system of construction project refers to a unified whole composed of a single set of contracts related to each other, which is an important foundation for the realization of project objectives. It is the centralized embodiment of project management process and project construction thinking that the emergence and application of BIM technology change the traditional relationship between the parties of construction project. At the same time, it also has an impact on the risk and benefit distribution pattern of the original construction engineering system, and puts forward a new challenge to the traditional production organization and project management mode of the construction industry. The implementation of BIM construction project based on the existing contract system of construction project lacks the effective support of contract and law which can be relied on. In fact, it hinders the effective application of BIM technology in the project. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a new contract system of construction engineering which is suitable for BIM technology environment, so as to effectively improve the practical application effect of BIM technology in construction projects. In this paper, the relevant basic theories of BIM technology and contract system of construction engineering are expounded and analyzed by the method of literature research and theoretical analysis. This paper expounds the theoretical significance and practical value of the construction project contract system based on the BIM technology environment, based on the literature research and the foregoing analysis, puts forward the basic elements involved in the process of establishing the construction project contract system, and on this basis, By using the methods of theoretical analysis and system analysis, the basic process framework of the design of contract system of construction engineering based on BIM technology environment is preliminarily constructed. At the same time, the improvement countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the existing contract system of construction projects in China which do not meet the requirements of BIM technology environment.
