【摘要】：JCEC公司EPC總承包項目已經開展了20余年,是這家有著50余年歷史的大型國有化工工程建設企業(yè)的主業(yè)。近年來,隨著市場開發(fā)力度的持續(xù)增強,公司承攬的EPC項目規(guī)模日益擴大,項目難度和復雜性不斷提高,項目管理過程中各類知識持續(xù)積累沉淀,對加強項目科學管理和穩(wěn)步提高項目收益提出了更高的要求。實踐表明,加強EPC項目的知識管理,提高知識利用效率,可以促進提高項目團隊的工作效率、縮短項目時間、降低項目風險和成本,從而顯著提升項目質量。在本文的研究中,筆者結合JCEC公司EPC總承包項目的管理狀況進行研究,深入分析在工程建設企業(yè)EPC項目管理中引入知識管理系統(tǒng)的必要性,探索規(guī)劃構建EPC總承包項目模式下的知識管理系統(tǒng)的具體方法。本文在解析EPC項目管理模式的同時引入知識管理系統(tǒng)建設理論,從知識管理及知識管理系統(tǒng)的概念和理論闡述出發(fā),對EPC項目知識以及知識管理的相關內容進行論述,指出知識管理系統(tǒng)應該受到以EPC項目管理模式為主的工程建設企業(yè)的高度重視。借助JCEC公司知識管理系統(tǒng)的建設實例,探討了基于EPC項目管理模式的知識管理系統(tǒng)的構建原則、系統(tǒng)功能和設計方法,通過分析知識管理系統(tǒng)建設面臨的種種問題,嘗試提出解決方案和改進措施。最后,本文通過采用問卷調查的方法,針對EPC項目模式下知識管理系統(tǒng)的有效性和保障措施進行分析,為促進EPC項目管理中知識管理系統(tǒng)作用的充分實現(xiàn)提供參考。本文的研究目的在于結合當前國內外EPC工程總承包項目飛速發(fā)展的大趨勢,推動知識管理理論在EPC項目管理中的廣泛充分應用,通過推進EPC模式下的企業(yè)知識管理系統(tǒng)建設,進—步提高企業(yè)項目管理實效,從而強化EPC項目建設的發(fā)展,增強我國企業(yè)在EPC總承包項目中的競爭能力,促進企業(yè)經濟效益和社會效益的全面提高。
[Abstract]:JCEC EPC general contracting project has been carried out for more than 20 years and is the main business of this large state-owned chemical engineering construction enterprise with a history of more than 50 years. In recent years, with the continuous enhancement of market development, the scale of EPC projects contracted by the company is expanding day by day, the difficulty and complexity of the projects are increasing, and various kinds of knowledge continuously accumulate and precipitate in the process of project management. To strengthen the scientific management of the project and steadily improve the project income put forward higher requirements. The practice shows that strengthening the knowledge management of EPC project and improving the efficiency of knowledge utilization can promote the work efficiency of the project team, shorten the project time, reduce the project risk and cost, and improve the project quality significantly. In this paper, the author studies the management of EPC general contracting project in JCEC company, and analyzes the necessity of introducing knowledge management system into EPC project management of construction enterprise. To explore the specific method of planning and constructing knowledge management system under EPC general contracting project mode. This paper analyzes the EPC project management model and introduces the theory of knowledge management system construction. Starting from the concept and theory of knowledge management and knowledge management system, this paper discusses the EPC project knowledge and related contents of knowledge management. It is pointed out that the knowledge management system should be attached great importance to by the engineering construction enterprises which mainly focus on EPC project management mode. With the help of the construction example of the knowledge management system of JCEC Company, this paper discusses the construction principles, system functions and design methods of the knowledge management system based on the EPC project management mode, and analyzes the problems facing the construction of the knowledge management system. Try to come up with solutions and improvements. Finally, this paper analyzes the effectiveness and guarantee measures of knowledge management system in EPC project mode by using the method of questionnaire, which provides a reference for the full realization of knowledge management system in EPC project management. The purpose of this paper is to promote the wide application of knowledge management theory in EPC project management, and to promote the construction of enterprise knowledge management system based on EPC mode. In order to strengthen the development of EPC project construction, enhance the competitive ability of our country's enterprises in EPC general contracting project, and promote the overall improvement of economic and social benefits of enterprises.
