【摘要】：質(zhì)量管理是IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的關(guān)鍵,只有影院本身的建設(shè)水平和質(zhì)量達(dá)到IMAX的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,才能保證IMAX放映系統(tǒng)、音效系統(tǒng)以及銀幕系統(tǒng)能夠準(zhǔn)確進(jìn)行安裝、設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行,從而給觀眾帶來無與倫比的觀影效果和體驗(yàn),從而保證IMAX的品牌并延續(xù)其在市場中的領(lǐng)先性和競爭力。如何保證建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理體系有效運(yùn)行是IMAX影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的核心,通過質(zhì)量管理體系的建立和運(yùn)行來保障并提高IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量及管理水平,是本文的目的及論述的重點(diǎn)。通過全面質(zhì)量管理的理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合IMAX影院建設(shè)對于設(shè)計、施工上的要求,通過對照國家現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計及質(zhì)量規(guī)范體系,將兩者進(jìn)行對比后,找到IMAX影院建設(shè)區(qū)別于一般影院建設(shè)在質(zhì)量上的特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合實(shí)際工程建設(shè)過程中存在的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,把握住建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn),并著重對質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行控制。同時針對萬達(dá)院線IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的質(zhì)量管理體系現(xiàn)狀及所存在的問題進(jìn)行有針對性的分析,從思想保證、組織保障以及質(zhì)量監(jiān)控等三方面的質(zhì)量控制子系統(tǒng)入手,通過因果分析法分析出現(xiàn)行質(zhì)量管理體系中所存在的影響質(zhì)量管理體系有效運(yùn)行的因素,尋求相應(yīng)的解決方案及對策,從而形成體現(xiàn)IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理特點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量管理體系,同時制定保障質(zhì)量體系有效運(yùn)行的各項(xiàng)措施。本文對IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,歸納了IMAX影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中區(qū)別于一般影院建設(shè)的質(zhì)量要素,結(jié)合目前我國巨幕電影院的質(zhì)量體系特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理中的因果分析法,針對IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),研究如何在影院的設(shè)計、施工建設(shè)過程中設(shè)置質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn),并提出了具有針對性的解決方案和質(zhì)量管理策略,同時運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理循環(huán)改進(jìn)的方法提高在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量管理水平;通過具體的IMAX建設(shè)項(xiàng)目案例,闡述了IMAX影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行機(jī)制及保障措施。同時,希望借助本文對IMAX巨幕影院建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理中質(zhì)量管理的研究,為其它國內(nèi)影院的建設(shè)特別是巨幕影院的建設(shè)提供加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理的思路,在質(zhì)量管理方面起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Quality management is the key of IMAX cinema construction project. Only if the construction level and quality of the cinema itself meet the construction standards and requirements of IMAX, can the IMAX projection system, sound effect system and screen system be installed accurately. The equipment works properly to bring the audience an unparalleled viewing effect and experience, thereby ensuring IMAX's brand and continuing its market leadership and competitiveness. How to ensure the effective operation of the construction project quality management system is the core of the IMAX cinema construction project quality management, through the establishment and operation of the quality management system to ensure and improve the IMAX cinema construction project quality and management level. Is the purpose of this article and the focus of the discussion. Through the theoretical basis of total quality management, combined with the design and construction requirements of IMAX cinema construction, by comparing the existing national design and quality standard system, the two are compared. Find out that IMAX cinema construction is different from general cinema construction in quality characteristics, and combine with the actual engineering construction process of quality problems to carry out a detailed analysis, grasp the construction process of quality control points, And focus on the quality control point control. At the same time, aiming at the current situation of quality management system and the existing problems in IMAX cinema construction project of Wanda hospital line, this paper analyzes the quality control subsystem from three aspects: ideological guarantee, organization guarantee and quality control. Through causality analysis, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effective operation of the quality management system in the current quality management system, and seeks corresponding solutions and countermeasures. Thus the quality management system which embodies the characteristics of IMAX cinema construction project management is formed, and various measures to ensure the effective operation of IMAX cinema construction project are formulated at the same time. This paper analyzes the quality status of IMAX cinema construction project, summarizes the quality elements of IMAX cinema construction project which is different from the general cinema construction project, and combines the characteristics of the quality system of the large screen cinema in our country at present. By using causality analysis method in quality management, according to the characteristics of IMAX cinema construction, this paper studies how to set up quality control points in the course of cinema design and construction, and puts forward some specific solutions and quality management strategies. At the same time, using the method of quality management cycle improvement to improve the quality management level in the process of project construction, through the specific IMAX construction project case, elaborated the IMAX cinema construction project operation mechanism and safeguard measures. At the same time, it is hoped that with the help of the research on the quality management in IMAX cinema construction project management, this paper will provide the train of thought to strengthen the quality management for the construction of other domestic cinemas, especially for the large screen cinema construction. In quality management plays a certain reference role.
