【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和運(yùn)輸能力的快速提高,高速公路成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)與連接紐帶,所以對高速公路的建設(shè)要求越來越嚴(yán)格。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制管理作為高速公路項(xiàng)目管理的主要內(nèi)容,合理發(fā)揮其作用,對高速公路的項(xiàng)目管理有實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義。本文以探究與剖析進(jìn)度控制在G112TJ高速公路工程項(xiàng)目中的全部流程,以此分析施工管理詳細(xì)內(nèi)容中的部分缺陷,對相關(guān)不足予以改進(jìn),更進(jìn)一層地總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為項(xiàng)目管理在將來的應(yīng)用中,奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。首先,本文對高速公路工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的背景與意義進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)有關(guān)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,確定文章技術(shù)路線與研究方法。梳理高速公路工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制相關(guān)概念,比較相關(guān)方法,為后續(xù)研究服務(wù)。其次,通過描述G112TJ高速路段工程項(xiàng)目的概況,對項(xiàng)目基本資源進(jìn)行分析,利用關(guān)鍵路徑法與網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃法編制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃;在此基礎(chǔ)上,合理建立項(xiàng)目組織架構(gòu),在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段進(jìn)行實(shí)施動態(tài)監(jiān)控,具體包括:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制報(bào)告,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的偏差分析與采取合適的糾偏措施。最后,通過AHP-模糊綜合評價(jià)法建立進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制進(jìn)行評價(jià)模型,并對各層指標(biāo)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的分析。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過程管理三層指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過程管理模型。應(yīng)用AHP確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,利用模糊綜合評價(jià)法構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過程管理模型,對個方案層與指標(biāo)層進(jìn)行評價(jià)分析,最后對整個實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行得分,對其中不足提出改善建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy and the rapid improvement of transportation capacity, expressway becomes an important foundation and link of economic development, so the requirement of expressway construction is becoming more and more strict. As the main content of expressway project management, project schedule control management has practical application significance for expressway project management. By exploring and analyzing the whole flow of schedule control in G112TJ expressway project, this paper analyzes some defects in the detailed contents of construction management, improves the related deficiencies, and sums up the experience further. For the project management in the future application, lay a good foundation. First of all, this paper analyzes the background and significance of expressway project schedule and control, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and determines the technical route and research methods. Combing the highway project schedule control related concepts, compare the relevant methods, for follow-up research services. Secondly, by describing the general situation of the G112TJ highway section project, analyzing the basic resources of the project, making use of the critical path method and the network planning method to draw up the project schedule plan, on the basis of this, the reasonable establishment of the project organization structure, The implementation dynamic monitoring is carried out in the stage of project implementation, including: project progress control report, deviation analysis of project schedule control and adoption of appropriate corrective measures. Finally, the evaluation model of schedule planning and control is established by AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the indexes of each layer are systematically analyzed. According to the three layer index system of project schedule control process management, the project schedule control process management model is constructed. The weight of each index is determined by AHP, and the project schedule control process management model is constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation and analysis of each project level and index layer are carried out. Finally, the whole implementation process is scored, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
