【摘要】:目前,國內(nèi)外大多數(shù)公司都在采用ERP系統(tǒng)對其日常業(yè)務(wù)進行管理。ERP的普及使用,充分體現(xiàn)了企業(yè)對ERP在降低成本,提高效率等方面優(yōu)勢的認可。21世紀是知識經(jīng)濟時代,重視知識的整合和分享成為企業(yè)發(fā)展中不得不考慮的問題。隨著企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的變化改革,產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新,員工對ERP的熟悉操作,企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程不斷優(yōu)化,為了提高運作效率,企業(yè)會定期對ERP系統(tǒng)進行升級,如何提高信息系統(tǒng)升級的實施的項目管理效率,確保實施過程的按計劃進行,系統(tǒng)順利上線運行,對于企業(yè)日常業(yè)務(wù)的影響不亞于首次上線ERP信息管理系統(tǒng)。本文以ERP系統(tǒng)升級實施項目為研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外基于知識管理背景的ERP實施方法論、ERP實施項目管理過程、ERP實施效果評價模型和方法的專著和文獻資料進行分析整理,研究ERP系統(tǒng)升級實施的項目管理特點,融合知識管理理念,運用層次分析法對ERP實施項目管理的關(guān)鍵測評指標(biāo)進行賦權(quán),并結(jié)合模糊綜合評價方法對案例企業(yè)的ERP實施效果進行評價,有針對性的提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:At present, most companies at home and abroad are using ERP system to manage their daily business. The popularization of ERP fully reflects the recognition that ERP has the advantages of reducing cost and improving efficiency. The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. Attaching importance to the integration and sharing of knowledge has become an issue that must be considered in the development of enterprises. With the change of business, the innovation of products, the familiar operation of ERP, the optimization of business process, in order to improve the efficiency of operation, the enterprise will upgrade ERP system on a regular basis. How to improve the efficiency of project management in the implementation of information system upgrade, ensure that the implementation process is carried out according to plan, and the system run smoothly, the impact on the daily business of enterprises is no less than that of ERP information management system on line for the first time. This article takes the ERP system upgrade implementation project as the research object, through the domestic and foreign ERP implementation methodology based on the knowledge management background, the ERP implementation project management process and the ERP implementation effect appraisal model and the method monograph and the literature material carries on the analysis and arrangement. This paper studies the project management characteristics of ERP system upgrade and implementation, integrates the knowledge management concept, and uses AHP to empower the key evaluation indicators of ERP implementation project management. Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluates the effect of ERP implementation in case enterprises, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
