G企業(yè)ERP實施的問題及解決方案

【摘要】:伴隨著計算機與網(wǎng)絡技術的發(fā)展和企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理需求的日益提高,ERP項目實施成為近年來中小型企業(yè)信息化工作的重點。但由于ERP是一個復雜的系統(tǒng),它涉及企業(yè)管理各個方面,具有投入的資金大,項目的實施周期長等特點,導致其實施的風險因素加大,不少企業(yè)的ERP實施以失敗告終。本文以ERP相關理論為基礎,以項目管理理論、風險管理、問題管理、時間管理、人力資源管理、業(yè)務流程重組與優(yōu)化理論研究為依據(jù),給合國內(nèi)外企業(yè)ERP項目實施和企業(yè)信息規(guī)劃管理的相關理論實踐,及大量文獻回顧,以G企業(yè)ERP項目實施為研究對象,經(jīng)過詳細的分析,提出ERP項目實施的流程方法。并對ERP項目實施過程中的影響因素和風險控制方法進行深入地分析和研究,以此總結(jié)了成功實施ERP項目的關鍵因素并根據(jù)項目的實施階段分析了各階段存在的問題,并提出解決方案。希望對即將實施ERP項目的類似企業(yè)提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network technology and the increasing demand for modern management of enterprises, ERP project implementation has become the focus of information work in small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years. However, ERP is a complex system, which involves all aspects of enterprise management, and has the characteristics of large investment and long project implementation cycle, which leads to the increase of risk factors for its implementation, and many enterprises end in failure in the implementation of ERP. This paper is based on ERP theory, project management theory, risk management, problem management, time management, human resource management, business process reengineering and optimization theory. This paper gives the relevant theory and practice of ERP project implementation and enterprise information planning management in domestic and foreign enterprises, and reviews a large number of literatures. Taking the implementation of ERP project in G enterprise as the research object, the paper puts forward the process method of ERP project implementation through detailed analysis. In addition, the influencing factors and risk control methods in the implementation of ERP project are analyzed and studied in depth, and the key factors for successful implementation of ERP project are summarized, and the problems in each stage are analyzed according to the implementation stage of the project. And put forward the solution. We hope to provide some reference and reference for similar enterprises about to implement ERP project.
