G企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施的問(wèn)題及解決方案

【摘要】:伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理需求的日益提高,ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施成為近年來(lái)中小型企業(yè)信息化工作的重點(diǎn)。但由于ERP是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),它涉及企業(yè)管理各個(gè)方面,具有投入的資金大,項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施周期長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致其實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素加大,不少企業(yè)的ERP實(shí)施以失敗告終。本文以ERP相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以項(xiàng)目管理理論、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、問(wèn)題管理、時(shí)間管理、人力資源管理、業(yè)務(wù)流程重組與優(yōu)化理論研究為依據(jù),給合國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和企業(yè)信息規(guī)劃管理的相關(guān)理論實(shí)踐,及大量文獻(xiàn)回顧,以G企業(yè)ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)過(guò)詳細(xì)的分析,提出ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的流程方法。并對(duì)ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的影響因素和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方法進(jìn)行深入地分析和研究,以此總結(jié)了成功實(shí)施ERP項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵因素并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施階段分析了各階段存在的問(wèn)題,并提出解決方案。希望對(duì)即將實(shí)施ERP項(xiàng)目的類似企業(yè)提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network technology and the increasing demand for modern management of enterprises, ERP project implementation has become the focus of information work in small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years. However, ERP is a complex system, which involves all aspects of enterprise management, and has the characteristics of large investment and long project implementation cycle, which leads to the increase of risk factors for its implementation, and many enterprises end in failure in the implementation of ERP. This paper is based on ERP theory, project management theory, risk management, problem management, time management, human resource management, business process reengineering and optimization theory. This paper gives the relevant theory and practice of ERP project implementation and enterprise information planning management in domestic and foreign enterprises, and reviews a large number of literatures. Taking the implementation of ERP project in G enterprise as the research object, the paper puts forward the process method of ERP project implementation through detailed analysis. In addition, the influencing factors and risk control methods in the implementation of ERP project are analyzed and studied in depth, and the key factors for successful implementation of ERP project are summarized, and the problems in each stage are analyzed according to the implementation stage of the project. And put forward the solution. We hope to provide some reference and reference for similar enterprises about to implement ERP project.
