【摘要】：隨著廣州地鐵業(yè)務(wù)跨越式的發(fā)展,快速進(jìn)入大線網(wǎng)和高客流的運(yùn)營時代,企業(yè)人員急速增長,在成本和效益的驅(qū)動下,企業(yè)急需挖掘內(nèi)部潛力,激發(fā)員工的工作積極性,達(dá)到提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部工作效能增加效益的目標(biāo)。這對人力資源管理水平有了更高的要求,人力資源部門需要考慮如何提高人力資源部門事務(wù)性工作的效率,使他們從繁瑣的事務(wù)中解脫出來,更加專注戰(zhàn)略人力資源的開發(fā)與運(yùn)營工作,為廣州地鐵的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略服務(wù)。這就需要挑選有實施城市軌道交通企業(yè)背景的ORACLE ERP軟件,并在此平臺上建立起一套符合廣州地鐵業(yè)務(wù)和戰(zhàn)略的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)。本論文主要通過在實際工作中參與廣州地鐵ORACLE ERP-HRMS項目的實施,研究探索當(dāng)前軟件項目管理和ORACLE ERP的實施方法論在城市軌道交通企業(yè)的應(yīng)用新思路,總結(jié)廣州地鐵項目實施效果和提出軟件項目管理的管理策略,為ORACLE ERP-HRMS在城市軌道交通企業(yè)或相近企業(yè)中的軟件項目管理提供一個參考思路。論文首先簡單介紹了課題的來源、研究背景和國內(nèi)外研究狀況。然后,介紹軟件項目管理的理論體系基礎(chǔ),從項目管理的概念、作用、方法和技術(shù),到軟件項目管理的概況。在介紹ORACLE ERP應(yīng)用實施方法論中,將重點介紹其中的AIM(應(yīng)用實施方法論)和PJM(項目管理方法論),并詳細(xì)介紹以廣州地鐵為代表的城市軌道交通企業(yè)的HRMS項目業(yè)務(wù)需求,包括了地鐵行業(yè)特點、項目目標(biāo)和范圍、需求分析的方法、系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀和總體需求。主要通過研究廣州地鐵為代表的城市軌道交通企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點、企業(yè)狀況、項目情況和業(yè)務(wù)需求等,結(jié)合AIM和PJM的先進(jìn)方法和管理策略,力求將理論與實際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,分析兩者在廣州地鐵實施HRMS的應(yīng)用情況、經(jīng)驗和應(yīng)用成果。最后,總結(jié)了廣州地鐵HRMS項目實施后,年節(jié)省工時約4000小時等效益情況和管理策略,并展望未來HRMS的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Guangzhou subway business and the rapid entry into the operation era of large line network and high passenger flow, the enterprise personnel is growing rapidly. Driven by the cost and benefit, the enterprise urgently needs to tap the internal potential and stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff. To achieve the goal of improving internal efficiency and increasing efficiency. This requires a higher level of human resources management, and human resources departments need to consider how to improve the efficiency of human resources departments' transactional work so that they can be freed from tedious work. More dedicated to the development and operation of strategic human resources for the Guangzhou Metro enterprise strategic services. Therefore, it is necessary to select Oracle ERP software with the background of implementing urban rail transit enterprises, and establish a human resource management system based on this platform, which accords with Guangzhou Metro business and strategy. Through participating in the implementation of the ORACLE ERP-HRMS project in the actual work, this paper studies and explores the new ideas of the current software project management and the implementation methodology of Oracle ERP in urban rail transit enterprises. This paper summarizes the implementation effect of Guangzhou metro project and puts forward the management strategy of software project management, which provides a reference idea for the software project management of Oracle ERP-HRMS in urban rail transit enterprises or similar enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the source, background and research situation of the subject. Then, it introduces the basic theory system of software project management, from the concept, function, method and technology of project management to the general situation of software project management. In the introduction of Oracle ERP application implementation methodology, AIM (Application implementation Methodology) and PJM (Project Management Methodology) are emphatically introduced, and the HRMS project business requirements of urban rail transit enterprises represented by Guangzhou Metro are introduced in detail. Including the subway industry characteristics, project objectives and scope, requirements analysis methods, system status and overall needs. By studying the industry characteristics, enterprise status, project situation and business requirements of Guangzhou Metro as the representative of urban rail transit enterprises, and combining the advanced methods and management strategies of AIM and PJM, we strive to combine the theory with the practical application. The application, experience and results of HRMS in Guangzhou Metro are analyzed. Finally, this paper summarizes the benefit and management strategy of saving about 4000 hours of working hours per year after the implementation of Guangzhou Metro HRMS project, and looks forward to the future development direction of HRMS.
