【摘要】：三峽庫(kù)區(qū)庫(kù)岸界樁測(cè)量與埋設(shè),具有5大特點(diǎn):①界樁測(cè)設(shè)涉及淹沒(méi)實(shí)物指標(biāo)補(bǔ)償?shù)拿舾袉?wèn)題,按《長(zhǎng)江三峽工程初步設(shè)計(jì)水庫(kù)淹沒(méi)實(shí)物指標(biāo)調(diào)查大綱》的要求進(jìn)行界樁測(cè)設(shè),保持其一致性至關(guān)重要;②庫(kù)周兩岸長(zhǎng)近6000km,涉及湖北省、重慶市的25個(gè)縣(市、區(qū)),干、支流線路長(zhǎng),界樁測(cè)設(shè)工作繁重,且承擔(dān)測(cè)量和埋設(shè)單位多,項(xiàng)目管理難度大,需要規(guī)范施工程序管理;③庫(kù)區(qū)干、支流交錯(cuò),合理布設(shè)界樁并保持其成果的統(tǒng)一,以達(dá)到既保證測(cè)設(shè)質(zhì)量,又使成本開(kāi)支最小,既考慮各區(qū)域的特點(diǎn),又保證全庫(kù)區(qū)的統(tǒng)一;④三峽庫(kù)區(qū)地形地貌復(fù)雜,交通運(yùn)輸十分困難,施工環(huán)境差,界樁測(cè)量精度要求高,測(cè)量設(shè)備的先進(jìn)性和測(cè)設(shè)人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)、素質(zhì)十分重要;⑤庫(kù)區(qū)埋設(shè)界樁4萬(wàn)余座,且移民周期長(zhǎng),故界樁屬永久的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,界樁的管理任務(wù)艱巨
[Abstract]:The surveying and laying of boundary piles on the bank of the three Gorges Reservoir area has five major characteristics: 1. The boundary pile survey and installation involves the sensitive problem of compensation of the inundation material index. The boundary pile survey is carried out according to the requirements of the outline of the Survey of the inundation material Indexes of the preliminary Design Reservoir of the three Gorges Project of the Yangtze River. It is very important to maintain the consistency of the two reservoirs with a cross-bank length of nearly 6000km, involving 25 counties (cities, districts) in Hubei Province and Chongqing Municipality, long trunk and tributary lines, heavy surveying and setting up of boundary piles, and a large number of survey and laying units, which makes project management very difficult. It is necessary to standardize the construction procedure to manage the trunk and tributaries of the reservoir area, to arrange the boundary piles reasonably and to maintain the unity of the results, so as to ensure the quality of survey and installation and the minimum cost and expenditure, both to consider the characteristics of each region and to ensure the unity of the whole reservoir area. (4) the three Gorges Reservoir area is characterized by complex landform, difficult transportation, poor construction environment, high precision of boundary pile survey, advanced quality of surveying equipment and experience of surveyors, and the quality of which is very important to install more than 40,000 boundary piles in the reservoir area. And the migration period is long, so boundary piles are permanent infrastructure, the management task of boundary piles is arduous.
