S公司X工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:在宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的推動(dòng)下,國(guó)內(nèi)高鐵及航空產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,這也無形中加劇了國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)鋁合金新型材料的需求。當(dāng)前,鋁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)施工呈現(xiàn)出迅猛發(fā)展趨勢(shì),工期要求最短、施工方案費(fèi)用要求最低、施工技術(shù)要求越來越高。鋁合金產(chǎn)業(yè)的振興伴隨著大型鋁業(yè)加工廠、新型航材園項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)高潮來臨,其主要生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)就是鑄造和鍛造技術(shù),一般都要修建各類鑄造機(jī)井。因此鑄造機(jī)井項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量以及質(zhì)量管理已經(jīng)成為冶建企業(yè)制勝的關(guān)鍵。要全面提升工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量水平,就必須使用先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量策劃與控制方法,并結(jié)合具體項(xiàng)目實(shí)際制定詳細(xì)策略。經(jīng)過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的工程項(xiàng)目管理研究成果的總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于本領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量研究已經(jīng)成果相對(duì)豐碩,然而對(duì)于具體的冶建行業(yè)質(zhì)量研究則相對(duì)匱乏。所以本類企業(yè)在開展項(xiàng)目開展過程中的質(zhì)量工作時(shí)缺乏相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。本研究在對(duì)建筑行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究成果與理論進(jìn)行梳理后,通過具體項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)分析,以及對(duì)以往項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論研究、方法技術(shù)研究的借鑒,運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)法等項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的分析技術(shù),并以S公司鑄造機(jī)深基坑項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)其質(zhì)量控制及管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,并針對(duì)相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題提出了具體的鑄造機(jī)深基坑項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理體系,期望本文的研究成果對(duì)于提升S公司后續(xù)開展的工程施工項(xiàng)目甚至行業(yè)的施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作提供一定的理論與實(shí)踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:Driven by the macroeconomic situation, the domestic high-speed rail and aviation industry has made considerable development, which has intensified the domestic demand for new aluminum alloy materials. At present, the construction of aluminum industry park shows a rapid development trend, with the shortest construction period, the lowest construction cost, and the higher construction technology requirements. The revival of aluminum alloy industry is accompanied by the large aluminum processing factory and the high tide of the construction of the new aviation material park project. The main production technology is foundry and forging technology, and all kinds of casting machine wells are generally built. Therefore, the construction quality and quality management of the foundry machine well project have become the key to the success of the metallurgical construction enterprise. In order to improve the quality level of engineering projects, advanced quality planning and control methods must be used, and detailed strategies should be worked out in combination with the actual projects. After summarizing the research results of engineering project management at home and abroad, it is found that the quality research in this field has been relatively fruitful at home and abroad, but for the specific metallurgical industry quality research is relatively scarce. Therefore, this kind of enterprise in carrying out the project in the process of quality work lack of relevant experience. After combing the research results and theories of the project quality management in the construction industry, this study analyzes the characteristics of the specific project, as well as the relevant theoretical research and the method and technology research of the previous project quality management. Using PDCA cycle method and other project quality management analysis technology, and taking S company foundry machine deep foundation pit project as an example, the quality control and management status of the project are deeply analyzed. The quality management system of deep foundation pit project of foundry machine is put forward. It is expected that the research results of this paper will provide some theoretical and practical reference for improving the quality management of engineering construction projects and even construction projects in the industry of S Company.
