【摘要】：在這彰顯個(gè)性化的21世紀(jì),產(chǎn)品定制不再是服裝鞋帽的專屬,在各行各業(yè)都蓬勃興起。個(gè)人電腦可以定制,汽車可以定制,家裝可以定制,就連婚慶都可以定制。企業(yè)不僅為消費(fèi)者做定制,企業(yè)還為企業(yè)做定制。手機(jī)制造商為通訊服務(wù)商提供定制專屬手機(jī),軟件開(kāi)發(fā)商為政府及企業(yè)提供定制軟件。大到定制地產(chǎn),小到定制簽名,幾乎人們生活所有的角落都能看到定制產(chǎn)品的身影。傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)已經(jīng)在悄然轉(zhuǎn)變,從自己設(shè)計(jì)制造產(chǎn)品銷售給客戶,逐漸變?yōu)榭蛻粼O(shè)計(jì)或參與設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品,再下單給企業(yè)去制造或?qū)崿F(xiàn)。本文以KL公司的產(chǎn)品定制項(xiàng)目管理流程為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理及流程優(yōu)化的理論和方法,分析現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品定制項(xiàng)目管理流程中存在的問(wèn)題,再基于企業(yè)特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)出優(yōu)化方案,達(dá)到降低成本、提高質(zhì)量、縮短交期的目標(biāo)。本文還嘗試通過(guò)對(duì)本企業(yè)定制項(xiàng)目管理流程的改進(jìn),向國(guó)內(nèi)外衛(wèi)浴行業(yè)產(chǎn)品定制的項(xiàng)目管理提出建議,希望能給同行業(yè)者提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)方向。
[Abstract]:In this personalized 21 st century, product customization is no longer the exclusive clothing, shoes and hats, booming in various industries. Personal computers can be customized, cars can be customized, home furnishings can be customized, and even weddings can be customized. Enterprises are not only customizing for consumers, but also customizing for enterprises. Mobile phone manufacturers provide customized handsets for communications service providers and software developers provide customized software for governments and businesses. From custom real estate to small custom signature, people can see custom products in almost every corner of their lives. The traditional manufacturing industry has been changing quietly from its own design and manufacturing products to customers and gradually to customers to design or participate in the design of products and then send orders to enterprises to manufacture or achieve. This paper takes the product customization project management process of KL Company as the research object, applies the theory and method of modern project management and process optimization, analyzes the problems existing in the existing product customization project management process. Based on the characteristics of the enterprise and the actual situation, the optimization scheme is designed to reduce the cost, improve the quality and shorten the delivery period. This paper also attempts to improve the process of customized project management in this enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions for the project management of product customization in sanitary ware industry at home and abroad, hoping to provide reference and guidance for the same industry.
