【摘要】:配網工程管理是電力建設企業(yè)工程項目管理的核心內容。作為一個系統(tǒng)工程,配網工程管理管理具有施工面寬、不可預見因素多,易受外界因素影響等特點。借助計算機技術進行輔助管理是提高施配網工程管理水平的有效途徑和重要手段。因此,研究配網工程管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設方法對于提高電力施工企業(yè)市場競爭力具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 論文首先介紹了東莞供電局配網工程管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景,分析了同類系統(tǒng)的研究與應用現(xiàn)狀,討論了項目的研究意義與重要性;論文針對東莞供電局配網工程管理工作的特點,將整個系統(tǒng)劃分為工程設計委托管理、工程設計管理、工程審批管理、工程分發(fā)管理、工程開工管理、工程驗收管理、工程結算管理、工程取消管理、系統(tǒng)管理等9個功能模塊,對系統(tǒng)進行了分析,包括業(yè)務分析、功能分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析,對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務分析給出了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程圖、業(yè)務流程圖優(yōu)化;對系統(tǒng)的功能分析給出了用例圖,進行了用例描述,并給出了功能包圖;對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析給出了各模塊的縮略圖,并進行實體類關系分析。 論文研究的系統(tǒng)涵蓋了電力工程建設管理工作的各方面業(yè)務,且功能豐富,易于使用。該系統(tǒng)的投入使用,將大大優(yōu)化管理流程,提高管理質量和水平,最大限度地實現(xiàn)了信息共享,使信息化建設和生產管理得到真正的結合,實現(xiàn)了規(guī)范化的業(yè)務管理,有效提高工作效率,同時也為管理層提供強大的綜合查詢、統(tǒng)計分析等功能,為領導決策分析提供了依據(jù)。論文最后對研究的內容進行了總結,闡述了本人的主要工作,指出了論文存在的不足,并對進一步的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Distribution network engineering management is the core content of electric power construction enterprise project management. As a system engineering, distribution network engineering management has the characteristics of wide construction area, many unpredictable factors and easy to be affected by external factors. Aided management with computer technology is an effective way and an important means to improve the management level of distribution network project. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the construction method of distribution network engineering management information system for improving the market competitiveness of electric power construction enterprises. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background of the distribution network project management system of Dongguan Power supply Bureau, analyzes the research and application status of the similar systems, and discusses the significance and importance of the project. According to the characteristics of the distribution network project management in Dongguan Power supply Bureau, the whole system is divided into four parts: project design entrustment management, engineering design management, project approval management, project distribution management, project start management, engineering acceptance management. Nine functional modules, such as project settlement management, project cancellation management and system management, are analyzed, including business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. The business flow chart of the system is given. The business flow chart is optimized, the use case diagram is given for the function analysis of the system, the use case is described, and the function package diagram is given, and the thumbnail diagram of each module is given for the data analysis of the system, and the entity class relationship is analyzed. The system studied in this paper covers all aspects of power engineering construction management, and has rich functions and is easy to use. The input and use of the system will greatly optimize the management process, improve the quality and level of management, maximize the realization of information sharing, make information construction and production management a real combination, and achieve standardized business management. At the same time, it also provides the management with powerful functions such as comprehensive inquiry, statistical analysis and so on, which provides the basis for leadership decision analysis. At the end of the paper, the contents of the research are summarized, my main work is expounded, the shortcomings of the thesis are pointed out, and the further work is prospected.
