【摘要】：目前的項(xiàng)目管理軟件大都著眼于項(xiàng)目的整體情況,對(duì)項(xiàng)目中各任務(wù)之間的資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及由此引起的項(xiàng)目工期延遲缺乏應(yīng)有的考慮,不能很好地滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)實(shí)際管理需要。該文根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,提出多資源約束條件下的項(xiàng)目管理中任務(wù)調(diào)度優(yōu)化方法,解決了資源約束與工期之間的矛盾,并采用組件技術(shù)在PDM系統(tǒng)中開發(fā)出相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目管理模塊。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the project management software focus on the overall situation of the project, the competition of resources among the tasks in the project and the project delay caused by the lack of due consideration, can not meet the actual management needs of modern enterprises. According to the actual situation, this paper puts forward the task scheduling optimization method in project management under the condition of multi-resource constraint, solves the contradiction between resource constraint and time limit, and develops the corresponding project management module in PDM system by using component technology.
