【摘要】：工序機動時間特性研究是對項目進度進行科學(xué)管理的基礎(chǔ).針對任意工序使用機動時間是否會影響它的前、后繼工序和平行工序的問題,即機動時間蔓延性問題,利用機動時間的幾類時差,特別是前、后共用時差,提出了基于雙代號網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃的標值算法,證明其正確性,運用該算法量化了單個工序使用機動時間對整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃的影響程度和范圍,系統(tǒng)分析了各工序機動時間的變化規(guī)律,并修正了時間參數(shù)計算公式.
[Abstract]:The research on the characteristic of working procedure maneuvering time is the basis of scientific management of project schedule. In view of whether the use of motorized time in any process will affect its former, follow-up and parallel processes, that is, the problem of the spread of maneuvering time, the use of several types of moveout of maneuvering time, especially the sharing of time difference between front and rear, is discussed. The algorithm based on double code name network plan is put forward and proved to be correct. By using this algorithm, the degree and scope of the influence of single working procedure using maneuvering time on the whole network plan are quantified, and the variation law of each working procedure maneuvering time is analyzed systematically. The formula for calculating time parameters is modified.
